Job Description
■Recruitment Background:
The Fast Retailing Group is expanding its business with the goal of becoming the world’s No. 1 apparel company. To achieve this expansion, it is essential to build a global production system capable of supporting our target of 10 trillion yen in sales and to establish a mechanism for delivering exactly the right products to customers in the exact quantities they need.
For this position, we are seeking an individual who can take a central role across the company in driving the development of a robust, global-scale supply chain to achieve the integration of sales and production.
■ Department Overview:
・The Production Department’s mission is to ensure optimal quality, cost, and delivery times so that customers can purchase what they want, when they want it, and where they want it.
・The Production Planning Team, to which you will be assigned, serves as the global hub, leading the formulation and execution of optimal production plans aligned with worldwide sales forecasts.
■Job Description:
・You will develop company-wide production plans that optimize limited production capacity in response to daily updates to sales plans from various countries.
・You will oversee schedules from planning through production and transportation, collaborating with business partners and relevant departments to ensure stable production and inventory optimization.
・You will manage supplier production and, based on the long-term factory policies established between UNIQLO and its partner companies, be responsible for proposing and negotiating medium- to long-term production capacity plans with suppliers.

Qualifications
■ Required Experience, Skills, and Abilities
・Work experience in sales planning, production planning, or similar roles at a manufacturer (consumer goods, automotive, etc.)
・Business acumen and logical thinking skills
・Business-level English proficiency
■Preferred Experience, Skills, and Abilities
・Experience in developing planning platforms in collaboration with IT and sales departments
・Experience leading efforts to streamline data utilization tasks using Excel, Power BI, etc., or proficiency in using these tools for business operations
・Background in the retail, consumer goods, or food industries
・Cross-cultural understanding
・Work experience in sales planning, production planning, or similar roles at a manufacturer (consumer goods, automotive, etc.)

Work Conditions

■Annual Salary
・Annual Salary Range: 8.64 million yen – 16.20 million yen (Monthly Salary: 540,000 yen – 940,000 yen)
(Subject to company regulations)
・Bonuses: Semi-annual bonuses twice a year, year-end bonus (eligibility and amount determined based on company performance and performance evaluations)
・Promotions twice a year (determined based on performance evaluations)
*Salary will be determined based on company regulations, taking into account your previous annual income and experience, not limited to the figures above

Standard daily working hours: 8 hours; Break: 1 hour
Core hours: 9:00 AM–2:00 PM
Flexible hours…6:00 AM–9:00 AM and 2:00 PM–8:00 PM

■Holidays and Leave
