Job Description
■ Recruitment Background:
Fast Retailing Group is expanding its business to become the world's No.1 apparel company. In this position, we are looking for a person who can play a central role in promoting the establishment of a robust supply chain on a global scale to achieve the integration of sales and production.
■ Department Overview:
The mission of the Production Department is to achieve optimal quality, cost, and delivery so that customers can purchase what they want, when they want it, and where they want it.
The Production Planning Team is responsible for planning and executing the optimal production plan in line with the global sales plan.
■ Job Description:
The Production Planning Team will be responsible for developing and executing the optimal production plan for the entire company based on the feasible production capacity to meet the demand of customers in each country, aiming for complete linkage between sales and production, and working together with partner factories.

Experience in sales planning, production planning, etc. at a manufacturer (consumer goods, automobiles, etc.)
Business level of English

Experience in leading the efficiency improvement of data utilization operations using Excel, Power BI, etc., or the ability to use them in business operations

Annual Salary
Annual salary range: 8.64 million yen - 16.2 million yen (monthly salary: 540,000 - 940,000 yen)
Based on our company's regulations)
Bonus: Semiannual bonus twice a year, bonus for the fiscal year end (payment or not and amount will be decided according to the company's performance and personnel evaluation)
Promotion: Twice a year (determined according to personnel evaluation)
