Job Description
■ Recruitment Background:
The Fast Retailing Group is moving forward with the transformation of its e-commerce business as a pillar of its sales transformation to provide customers with a convenient and enjoyable shopping experience anytime, anywhere. The Global Digital Commerce Department, which is in charge of promoting the global EC business, is responsible for EC business reform, rollout to overseas countries, and business development connecting stores and EC.
■ Department Overview:
The mission of the Global EC Business Strategy Team, to which you will be assigned, is to discover issues in the Group's global EC business and promote implementation plans and problem solving based on those issues, as well as to promote EC-based management transformation toward the realization of Global One-All Management, in which all actions lead to customer satisfaction.
Based on the mission, the following functions and roles are performed.
(1) Business management: Group and global budgeting, forecasting, and KPI monitoring
(2)Identification and resolution of management issues: Identification of issues across domains, including commercial planning/MD, inventory, production, logistics, marketing, IT, etc., and formulation and implementation of solutions
(3)Data: Providing data analysis and reporting necessary to identify management issues
(4)Management development: Planning and execution of human resource development to strengthen group and global EC management structure
(5)IT Strategy and Planning: Planning and execution of EC platform product strategy with a view to business growth
■ Job Description:
We are looking for a person who can lead the planning and execution of EC platform product strategy for the (5) IT strategy position. The role will be determined based on your intention and aptitude through the selection process.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the development of business plans, metrics and KPIs for UNIQLO and GU's mobile apps/online stores, digital solutions such as business systems that support the online stores, and IT product launches required for new services, as well as UI/UX design and functional development of products. The candidate will lead the UI/UX design and functional development of the product.
The following specific tasks are expected.
Maximize the number of app users and purchases by designing the customer experience in and out of stores.
Maximize the number of users and purchases in the online store
User experience design based on numerical analysis and user interviews
Usability enhancement and growth hacking of existing products
Expansion of the value provided by introducing new services and functions
Requirement aggregation, requirement definition, and screen design for product development

- Experience directing services from planning to release

- Experience working with a large number of stakeholders
TOEIC score of 700 or above or equivalent English skills

Annual Salary
Annual salary range: 11.16-15 million yen (monthly salary: 620,000-830,000 yen)
Commuting allowance, overtime allowance, etc. (*All in accordance with company regulations)
Bonuses: Semiannual bonus twice a year, year-end bonus (whether or not to be paid and the amount will be decided according to the company's performance and personnel evaluation)
Promotion: Twice a year (determined according to personnel evaluation)
