Theory Japan is looking for someone to lead the assembly and execution of global and local branding strategies and plans in order to communicate the brand and product values of Theory, Theory Men, and theory luxe more widely, raise awareness of the brand, and gain brand position. We are looking for someone who can lead the assembly and execution of global and local branding strategies and plans to communicate the brand value and product value of Theory Men and theory luxe more widely, increase awareness and gain brand position.

■Department Overview
The mission of the Marketing Department, to which you will be assigned, is to correctly communicate Theory's brand and product values to more customers and to make them Theory fans.
The Marketing Department consists of three teams: the Brand Product Marketing Team, which formulates and implements product marketing strategies to communicate seasonal concepts and product appeal; the Content Creation and Information Dissemination Team, which produces creative that embodies product marketing strategies and disseminates them through EC content, EDM, and applications; and the Theory Brand Product Marketing Team, which creates and executes product marketing strategies for the brand. The PR team is responsible for information dissemination through various media, including digital media and social media. This position is expected to be assigned to the PR Team.

Job Description
Based on the brand concept, this position will be responsible for all aspects of communication plans for each product and project, from planning to execution. Specifically, the following is assumed.
(1) Planning PR strategies in collaboration with the product marketing team and other marketing-related personnel
(2) Planning and operation of official social networking services (3) Creation of copywriting to increase recognition and brand appeal
(3) Planning and execution of events and promotions such as exhibitions and previews
(4) Establishment of various media relations (whether with newspapers, TV, or publishers) and cooperative relationships with various stakeholders
5) Visualization of the effects of PR activities and accurate feedback of external opinions and findings to the company, etc.

You will be able to communicate closely with product development departments, store staff, and various other members of the company related to the clothing business, and plan and execute marketing initiatives while keeping an eye on the overall business.

Qualifications

Required Experience, Skills and Abilities
Experience in any of the following
At least 3 years of PR experience in the apparel industry, or PR and marketing experience at a cosmetics, consumer goods, or luxury brand company.
Experience in PR projects for B-to-C products at a PR agency
At least 5 years of experience in SNS planning and operation, influencer marketing, and support for digital initiatives at an advertising agency.
Experience in marketing, advertising, or sales at a publishing company, advertising agency, TV station, record company, or film distribution company

Employment Type

Annual salary
Annual salary range: 10.26-20.62 million yen (monthly salary: 570,000-1.14 million yen)
Regional allowance, commuting allowance, overtime allowance, etc. (*All in accordance with our company's regulations)
Bonuses: Semiannual bonus twice a year, year-end bonus (whether or not to be paid and the amount will be decided according to the company's performance and personnel evaluation)
