Department Overview

The Marketing Department, to which you will be assigned, is on a mission to accurately convey Theory’s brand and product value to as many customers as possible and turn them into Theory fans.
The Marketing Department consists of three teams: the “Brand Product Marketing Team,” which formulates and executes product marketing strategies to convey seasonal concepts and the appeal of products; the “Content Production and Communications Team,” which produces creative content based on these strategies and disseminates it through e-commerce content, email marketing, and the app; and the “PR Team,” which handles communications across various media, including digital and social media. This position is intended for assignment to the “PR Team.”
