Our goal is to become a globally supported and loved fashion brand together with UNIQLO by providing trendy, fashionable, and practical products at low prices, while taking sustainability into consideration.

■Outline of the Department
The Global Store Operations Reform Department is a bridge between stores, which are the source of customer satisfaction and sales, and headquarters. The Global Store Business Reform Department is responsible for "Business Reform.
The Global Store Operations Reform Department has three functions: "business transformation," "new stores," and "business support.
(1) Business transformation
The Department promotes the introduction of new systems to stores and the digitalization of operations in cooperation with a wide range of departments, including IT, in order to realize highly efficient store management and an improved customer experience through the use of technologies such as RFID and self-checkout systems.
(2) New store area
We regard a new store as a business launch, and work with store managers, area managers, and headquarters departments to promote the development of opportunities and problem solving for the successful launch of the business. We develop store concepts and marketing strategies, execute and analyze sales plans, and create winning patterns.
(3) Business Support Area
We will identify issues in the management of each store in each country, and in order for all stores to achieve highly efficient store management with a small number of elite employees, we will work with each department in the headquarters to promote the transformation of work styles and work flow, as well as horizontal development in each global country.

This position will be assigned based on your experience and ambitions through conversations with you during the selection process, but you will be expected to always think customer-centered, take the leadership role, and work on the frontline to materialize the ideas and results, as described below, for one of the following areas: 1) business transformation, 2) new store area, or 3) business support area. The first assignment will be to take the lead in the following areas: (1) business reform, (2) new stores, and (3) business support.
Define and detail the ideal store management vision and business transformation themes (issues) in each area.
Design and promotion of business transformation projects
Design and promotion of business transformation projects
Communication and management with internal and external stakeholders
Lead prototyping and system implementation
Management and lead of the entire project, including resource and risk management
Improvement of business and system operations based on customer and field feedback
Rollout, establishment, and horizontal development of global business

Qualifications
Required Experience, Skills, and Abilities
Experience in one of the following at a management consulting firm, business consulting firm, SIer, or business company
Experience in business transformation or business design for the firm or its clients
Experience in system design, operation, development, implementation, and implementation support for the company or the client
Experience, skills, and abilities that would be welcome
Experience in drawing up an ideal vision and taking the lead in its implementation
Experience in identifying issues by going into the field and talking with a variety of stakeholders.
Ability to build a team by involving other departments using numbers/logical stories/passion
Knowledge of store operations and customer experience in the retail sales environment
English proficiency equivalent to TOEIC score of 700
