This position seeks an individual who can lead the enhancement of global information system security. The role involves verifying the actual systems, physical assets, and operational realities to identify risks without omission, then implementing optimal security controls in collaboration with our Information Systems Department and business units.

■Department Overview
The Information Security Office, where you will be assigned, has the mission of protecting our customers' valuable personal information and all confidential information within our company. It establishes and operates a system for building global security rules, providing education, and continuously monitoring whether rules are being appropriately operated and implemented.
The Information Security Office operates not only in Japan but across all countries where we conduct business globally, functioning as a diverse organization. As the global headquarters in Japan serves as the command center, it consistently handles rule formulation, education, risk assessment, monitoring, and improvement for security risks that could impact global business operations.
Rather than pursuing partial optimization, we envision the overall landscape of information security measures. We devise optimal countermeasures for all global operations, engaging with diverse stakeholders, business functions, and technologies. We drive the introduction and operation of technologies to strengthen security measures, as well as the implementation of system risk mitigation strategies.

■Job Description
The following are examples of specific responsibilities. You will handle multiple areas based on your strengths and preferences.
・Implementation and continuous improvement of cybersecurity technologies (WAF, AntiBot, Email/Web/Endpoint protection, etc.)
・Implementation and continuous improvement of internal threat countermeasure solutions (DLP, CASB, Data Security, etc.)
・Building and managing log monitoring infrastructure, developing monitoring content
・Planning and execution of security assessments and cyber attack exercises
・Security incident response
・Other information security-related tasks for corporate risk management

■Required Experience, Skills, and Abilities
・3+ years of practical experience in designing, developing, and operating IT systems
・Practical experience in at least one of the Job Descriptions
・Ability to proactively identify issues and risks, maintain appropriate awareness and ownership, and take initiative to resolve them
・Communication skills to advance work while communicating, building consensus, and coordinating interests with diverse stakeholders with differing roles, positions, and perspectives

■Preferred Experience, Skills, and Abilities
・Business English proficiency (TOEIC score of 700 or higher recommended)

■Annual Salary
・Annual Salary Range: ¥6.56 million - ¥12.96 million (Monthly Salary: ¥410,000 - ¥720,000)
・Allowances: Regional allowance, commuting allowance, overtime allowance, etc. (※All based on company regulations)
・Bonuses: Semi-annual bonuses twice a year, year-end bonus (Payment and amount determined based on company performance and personnel evaluation)
・Promotions twice a year (determined based on performance evaluation)

Core hours: 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Flexible time: 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM (Overtime work may occur)
