We are seeking a candidate for this position who can verify the actual conditions of our information systems on-site, identify risks thoroughly and without omission, implement optimal security controls in consultation with our Information Systems Department and business units, and lead the enhancement of global information system security.

■ Department Overview
The Information Security Office, to which you will be assigned, is tasked with protecting our customers’ valuable personal information and all confidential company data. We have established and operate a system that develops global security policies, provides training, and continuously monitors whether these policies are being properly implemented and enforced.
The Information Security Office operates not only in Japan but across all countries where we conduct business globally, with a highly diverse organizational structure. With Japan, as our global headquarters, serving as the command center, we consistently handle policy formulation, training, risk assessment, monitoring, and improvement for security risks that could impact global business operations.
Rather than focusing on local optimization, we develop a comprehensive vision for information security measures, formulate optimal strategies for all global operations, and work with a wide range of stakeholders, business functions, and technologies to promote the introduction and operation of technologies to strengthen security measures, as well as the implementation of system risk mitigation strategies.

■Job Description
The following are examples of specific job responsibilities. Depending on your strengths and preferences, you will be responsible for multiple areas from the list below.
・Implementation and continuous improvement of cybersecurity technologies (WAF, AntiBot, Email/Web/Endpoint security, etc.)
・Implementation and continuous improvement of internal threat prevention solutions (DLP, CASB, Data Security, etc.)
・Building and managing log monitoring infrastructure, and developing monitoring content
・Planning and execution of security assessments and cyber attack drills
・Security incident response
・Other information security-related tasks for corporate risk management

■ Required Experience, Skills, and Abilities
・At least 3 years of practical experience in the design, development, and operation of IT systems
・Practical experience in at least one of the areas listed in the Job Description
・Ability to independently identify issues and risks, maintain an appropriate sense of urgency and ownership, and take proactive steps toward resolution
・Communication skills to drive projects forward by communicating, building consensus, and reconciling interests with a diverse range of stakeholders who have different roles, positions, and perspectives

■Preferred Experience, Skills, and Abilities
・Business English proficiency (TOEIC score of 700 or higher is preferred)

■Annual Salary
・Annual Salary Range: 6.56–12.96 million yen (Monthly Salary: 410,000–720,000 yen)
・Allowances: Regional allowance, commuting allowance, overtime allowance, etc. (※All subject to company regulations)
・Bonuses: Semi-annual bonuses twice a year, year-end bonus (eligibility and amount determined based on company performance and performance evaluations)
・Promotions twice a year (determined based on performance evaluations)
