■ Department Overview:
The R&D Department, to which you will be assigned, is a group of experts who actually commercialize the LifeWear concept. In-house designers and pattern makers are active at six global locations (Tokyo/Shanghai/Paris/London/NY/LA), with Tokyo at the center. Planning products that match people's living environment, styles, and times, and incorporating designs as actual demand into the "LifeWear" concept. To continuously provide well-thought-out, simple clothing that changes the lives of people around the world for the better and in a richer way. Our goal is to continue to bring innovation to the world through our clothes.

■ Job Description
As a textile designer, you will be responsible for printing, graphic design, yarn-dyeing, etc. for items such as clothing and innerwear. Specifically, the Job Description is as follows
Propose textile designs and create graphics for clothing and goods.
Select colors for the created graphics and request them to the factories.
Extensive research and market analysis

Required Experience, Skills, and Abilities
Experience in independent textile design for women's, men's, and children's products (at least 3 years of working experience as a designer)
(Experience in designing, commissioning, and ordering from factories)
As a global product developer, you must be able to grasp domestic and international trends, lifestyles, and needs, and create designs accordingly.
Able to create computer graphics using Illustrator/Photoshop, etc.

Experience, skills, and abilities that would be welcome
In our business, we need to communicate internally and externally in English, and you need to be able to communicate in email and daily conversation without hesitation.

Employment Status: Temporary employee (with a probationary period of 3 months)

■Annual salary
Annual salary range: 3.5-10 million yen (monthly salary: 240,000-570,000 yen)
Commuting allowance, overtime allowance, etc. (*All in accordance with our company's regulations)
Bonuses: Semiannual bonus twice a year, year-end bonus (whether or not to be paid and the amount will be decided according to the company's performance and personnel evaluation)
Promotion: Twice a year (determined according to personnel evaluation)
