Job Description
Background
Fast Retailing Group aims to become the No. 1 brand most loved by customers around the world as the "clothing infrastructure" indispensable to the comfortable daily lives of people everywhere.
As the main battlefield for business and commerce shifts to the digital space, there is an urgent need to establish a global security system for system development and operation.
In this position, we are looking for someone who can lead the enhancement of global information system security by identifying risks without omission and implementing optimal security controls in consultation with our information system and business divisions by checking the site, actual products, and reality of information systems.
Department Overview
The mission of the Information Security Office, to which you will be assigned, is to protect the important personal information of our customers and all confidential information within our company. The Information Security Office establishes and trains employees on global security rules and establishes and operates a system to constantly monitor whether the rules are properly operated and implemented.
The Information Security Office operates not only in Japan but also globally across the countries in which we operate, with an organizational structure that is rich in diversity. Japan, as the global headquarters, acts as a control tower and is consistently responsible for the formulation of rules, education, risk assessment, monitoring, and improvement of security risks that may affect the entire global business operation.
We are not looking for partial optimization, but rather we are trying to create an overall picture of information security measures, formulate optimal measures for all global businesses, and promote the introduction and operation of technologies to enhance security measures and the implementation of system risk avoidance measures, while working with a wide variety of stakeholders, operations, and technologies.
Job Description
Implement secure software development lifecycles for various system development projects.
Identification of risks in various system development projects, and evaluation and proposal of security controls
Establishment and review of risk assessment frameworks, and construction of assessment processes
Provide education on rules and evaluation methods for risk assessment
Formulation and review of risk assessment tools
Check and correct the status of compliance with PCI/DSS and laws and regulations of each country.
Global deployment of the above measures
Other information security-related duties as required by the company

Experience in designing, developing, and operating IT systems (at least 3 years of hands-on experience)
Ability to identify issues and risks on one's own and resolve them with a sense of ownership while involving others.
Communication skills to promote operations while communicating, building consensus, and adjusting interests with a wide variety of stakeholders who have different roles, positions, and perspectives.
Business level English skills (oral and written)
Experience, skills, and abilities that are welcome
Experience in threat modeling
Understanding of compliance requirements such as PCI DSS and GDPR
Information security related certifications (CISA, CISM, CISSP, SANS GIAC, etc.)

Annual salary range: 7.2-15 million yen (monthly salary: 450,000-730,000 yen)
Commuting allowance, overtime allowance, etc. (*All in accordance with company regulations)
