As the primary arena for business and operations shifts to the digital space, there is an urgent need to establish a global security framework for system development and operations.
We are seeking a candidate for this position who can verify the actual state of our information systems on-site, identify risks thoroughly and without omission, implement optimal security controls in consultation with our Information Systems Department and business units, and lead the enhancement of global information system security.

■ Department Overview
The Information Security Office, to which you will be assigned, is dedicated to protecting our customers’ valuable personal information and all confidential company data. We have established and operate a system that develops global security policies, provides training, and continuously monitors whether these policies are being properly implemented and enforced.
The Information Security Office operates not only in Japan but across all countries where we conduct business globally, with a highly diverse organizational structure. With Japan, as our global headquarters, serving as the command center, we consistently handle policy formulation, training, risk assessment, monitoring, and improvement for security risks that could impact global business operations.
Rather than focusing on partial optimization, we develop a comprehensive vision for information security measures and formulate optimal strategies for all global operations. While engaging with a wide variety of stakeholders, business functions, and technologies, we promote the introduction and operation of technologies to strengthen security measures, as well as the implementation of system risk mitigation strategies.


■Job Description
・Implementing the secure software development lifecycle in various system development projects
・Identifying risks and evaluating and proposing security controls in various system development projects
・Formulation and review of risk assessment frameworks, and establishment of assessment processes
・Conducting training on rules and evaluation methods related to risk assessment
・Developing and reviewing risk assessment tools
・Verifying compliance with PCI/DSS and national laws and regulations, and implementing corrective actions
・Global rollout of the above measures
・Other information security-related duties as required by the company

■Required Experience, Skills, and Abilities
・Experience in the design, development, and operation of IT systems (at least 3 years of hands-on practical experience performing these tasks)
・Ability to independently identify issues and risks, and resolve them with a sense of ownership while engaging others
・Communication skills to drive projects forward by communicating, building consensus, and reconciling interests with a diverse range of stakeholders who have different roles, positions, and perspectives
・Business-level English proficiency (ability to use English both verbally and in writing)

■ Preferred Experience, Skills, and Abilities
・Experience in threat modeling
・Understanding of compliance requirements such as PCI DSS and GDPR
・Information security certifications (CISA, CISM, CISSP, SANS GIAC, etc.)

■Annual Salary
・Annual Salary Range: 8–15 million yen (Monthly Salary: 500,000–830,000 yen)
・Allowances: Commuting allowance, overtime pay, etc. (※All subject to company regulations)
・Bonuses: Semi-annual bonuses twice a year, year-end bonus (eligibility and amount determined based on company performance and performance evaluations)
・Promotions twice a year (determined based on performance evaluations)
