Job Description
This position is responsible for the health management and promotion of Fast Retailing Group employees. The successful candidate will not only be responsible for the operation of occupational health, but will also promote the project with the involvement of related departments by demonstrating his/her expertise. Specifically, the following duties are expected.

(1) Health management of approximately 30,000 employees in Japan (including headquarters and stores)
(2) Health management of approximately 30,000 employees in Japan (including headquarters and stores)
Support for employees with mental/physical illnesses to take leave and return to work
Support for occupational health and safety management required by law (industrial physician visits, health and safety committee meetings, etc.)
(2) Resolving health issues in the area of occupational health and safety for employees in Japan
Continuous improvement of occupational health operations using the health management system (increase in efficiency and information security)
Continuous improvement of support for leave reinstatement, health checkups, and follow-up measures, and collaboration with other departments (human resources, sales, and general affairs)
Planning and implementation of measures and company systems to promote health management
Measures against infectious diseases and health crisis management, etc.
(3) Provide operational support to head office industrial physicians, store industrial physicians, and industrial health staff

Required Experience, Skills and Abilities
Qualifications as a public health nurse
Experience as an occupational health nurse
Experience in understanding and organizing issues correctly, and working with various departments to carry out projects.
Computer skills (word, excel input level)

Experience, skills, and abilities that would be welcome
Business level English skills (e-mail, phone calls, etc.)
Able to communicate in English at a business level (e.g., via e-mail and telephone). Candid and cooperative.

Annual salary
Annual salary range: 6.2-7.8 million yen (monthly salary: 390,000-490,000 yen)
Regional allowance, commuting allowance, overtime allowance, etc. (*All in accordance with our company's regulations)
Bonuses: Semiannual bonus twice a year, year-end bonus (whether or not to be paid and the amount will be decided according to the company's business performance and personnel evaluation)
Promotion: Twice a year (determined according to personnel evaluation)
