For this position, we are seeking a public health nurse who can promote employee well-being through health management.

■Job Description
You will be responsible for managing and promoting the health of Fast Retailing Group employees. We expect you to go beyond the day-to-day operations of occupational health and utilize your expertise to drive projects in collaboration with relevant departments. Specifically, the following duties are anticipated:
(1) Health management for approximately 30,000 domestic employees (including headquarters and stores)
・Follow-up measures based on the results of various health checkups, responding to inquiries regarding checkups, and conducting health consultation interviews
・Supporting employees with mental or physical health conditions through their leave and return to work
・Support for occupational safety and health management required by law (e.g., industrial physician inspections, safety and health committee meetings)
(2) Resolving health issues for domestic employees in the field of occupational safety and health
・Continuous improvement of occupational health services using the health management system (streamlining processes and ensuring information security)
・Continuous improvement of support for leave and return to work, health checkups, and follow-up measures; collaboration with other departments (HR, Sales, General Affairs)
・Planning and implementation of measures and company policies to promote health-oriented management
・Initiatives for infectious disease control and health crisis management, etc.
(3) Providing operational support to headquarters occupational physicians, store-based occupational physicians, and occupational health staff
・The Job Description may change depending on department transfers or organizational restructuring, within the scope of duties related to each department at headquarters.

■ Required Experience, Skills, and Abilities
・Public Health Nurse certification
・Experience as an occupational health nurse
・Experience in executing projects by identifying key issues and building cooperative relationships with various internal departments
・Business-level English proficiency (e.g., email and phone communication)

■Annual Salary
・Annual Salary Range: 6.2–10.29 million yen (Monthly Salary: 390,000–540,000 yen)
・Allowances: Commuting allowance, overtime pay, etc. (*All subject to company regulations)
・Bonuses: Semi-annual bonuses twice a year, year-end bonus (eligibility and amount determined based on company performance and performance evaluations)
・Promotions twice a year (determined based on performance evaluations)
*Salary will be determined based on company regulations, taking into account your previous annual income and experience, and is not limited to the figures listed above.

Flexible work hours or managerial/supervisory position
・Flexible work hours
Standard daily working hours: 8 hours; Break: 1 hour
Core hours: 9:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.
Flexible hours…6:00–9:00 and 14:00–20:00; overtime work may occur

・Supervisors
Based on the working hours of the employee’s department; left to the employee’s discretion

Two days off per week (Saturdays and Sundays; national holidays are workdays) Annual paid leave, special leave and bereavement leave, childcare and family care leave systems, etc.
*In addition to paid leave, special leave is granted in the first and second halves of the fiscal year (the number of days granted varies depending on employment status and the company to which the employee belongs)
