Job Description
■ Recruitment Background:
Fast Retailing Group is strengthening and accelerating the development of managers who will be responsible for the management of the group's worldwide operations, as well as store and headquarters employee training. ■ Department Overview:
The FR Management and Innovation Center (FRMIC), to which you will be assigned, is in charge of planning measures and providing training opportunities to resolve issues that arise in the field and that may arise in accordance with the future direction of the company, in order to realize management reform and management development. This position is responsible for providing general administrative support for training programs organized for each target audience at FRMIC, which provides educational support to the Fast Retailing Group. Job Description

Qualifications
Required Experience, Skills, and Abilities
Basic operation of Excel (Vlookup, Countif/Sum functions and data management), Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and other office software
Experience in administrative work such as scheduling, event preparation support, list creation using Excel, etc., and expense processing
Strong communication skills and the ability to respond quickly and flexibly to individual situations due to the wide range of people involved.
Able to pay attention to details and promote teamwork while cooperating and consulting with others.

Company Name: Fast Retailing Co.
Employment Type: Contract Employee
Employment contract may be renewed in consideration of the company's business needs and the candidate's performance (no automatic renewal).
*There is no upper limit to contract renewal (total period or number of renewals).
Annual salary range: 3,490,000-5,620,000 yen (monthly salary: 230,000-370,000 yen)
Commuting allowance, overtime allowance, etc. (*All in accordance with our company's regulations)
Bonuses: Semiannual bonus twice a year, year-end bonus (whether or not to be paid and the amount will be decided according to the company's performance and personnel evaluation)
Promotion: Twice a year (determined according to personnel evaluation)
(Not limited to the above, but will be determined based on our company's rules and regulations in consideration of annual salary and experience in previous jobs.

8:00-17:00 or 9:00-18:00, or other fixed hours, 8 hours per day, 1 hour break
Vacations and Vacations
