Job Description
■Recruitment Background:
The Fast Retailing Group is strengthening and accelerating the development of executives responsible for managing operations worldwide, as well as the training of store and headquarters employees. We are seeking a team member to provide support to ensure these initiatives and opportunities are implemented smoothly.
■Department Overview:
The FR Management and Innovation Center (FRMIC), where you will be assigned, develops solutions and provides training opportunities to drive management transformation and executive development. It addresses both immediate challenges arising on the front lines and fundamental issues, as well as potential future challenges aligned with the company’s strategic direction.
■Job Description:
At the FRMIC, which provides training support for the Fast Retailing Group, you will be responsible for all aspects of operational support for training programs organized for various target audiences. Specifically, the Job Description will include the following:
・Supporting the delivery and operation of training programs and various educational content for employees, including new graduates, regionally-based full-time employees, store associates, store managers, and area managers (e.g., creating participant lists, preparing materials, etc.)
・Support for various training programs (compiling participant lists, preparing materials, etc.)
・Arranging accommodations, training venues, and transportation tickets; managing related information; and handling inquiries to ensure the smooth operation of training sessions and other events
・Various registration and administrative tasks, including settlement-related matters

■ Required Experience, Skills, and Abilities
・Basic proficiency in various Office software, including Excel (VLOOKUP, COUNTIF/SUM functions, and data management), Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
・Experience with administrative tasks such as scheduling, assisting with event preparation, creating lists using Excel, and processing expenses
・Given the wide range of stakeholders involved, strong communication skills and the ability to respond flexibly and promptly to individual situations
・Ability to pay attention to detail and drive projects forward while valuing teamwork through collaboration and consultation with colleagues
■ Preferred Experience, Skills, and Abilities
・Experience as an assistant or support staff for training sessions, events, and similar activities
・Interest in fashion or work experience in the retail or apparel industry
・Comfort working with English text, including the use of translation tools (some internal materials, such as emails and documents, are in English)

Work Conditions
■Company Name: Fast Retailing Co., Ltd.
■Employment Type: Contract Employee
*Employment contracts may be renewed based on the company’s operational needs and the employee’s performance (no automatic renewal)
*There is no upper limit on contract renewals (in terms of total duration or number of renewals).
■Annual Salary Range: 3.49–5.62 million yen (Monthly Salary: 230,000–370,000 yen)
・Allowances: Commuting allowance, overtime pay, etc. (*All subject to company regulations)
・Bonuses: Semi-annual bonuses twice a year, year-end bonus (eligibility and amount determined based on company performance and performance evaluations)
・Promotions twice a year (determined based on performance evaluations)
*Salary will be determined based on our company regulations, taking into account your previous annual income and experience, and is not limited to the figures listed above.

Standard Working Hours System
Fixed hours such as 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. or 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m., with 8 hours of actual work and a 1-hour break
■ Days Off and Leave
Two days off per week (Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays are days off); annual paid leave, special and bereavement leave, childcare and family care leave systems, etc.
*In addition to paid leave, special leave is granted in the first and second halves of the fiscal year (the number of days granted varies depending on employment status and the company to which you belong)
