Job Description
■Recruitment Background:
The Fast Retailing Group is strengthening and accelerating the development of managers responsible for business operations worldwide, as well as employee training for stores and headquarters. We are recruiting members to support these initiatives and opportunities.
■Department Overview:
The FR Management and Innovation Center (FRMIC), where you will be assigned, develops solutions and provides educational opportunities to address fundamental challenges arising from phenomena observed in the field, as well as potential future challenges aligned with the company's direction, to achieve management transformation and executive development.
■Job Description:
Within FRMIC, which supports education across the Fast Retailing Group, you will handle all operational support for training programs organized for various target groups. The Job Description includes:
・Supporting the deployment and operation of training programs and various content for employees, including new graduates, regional full-time employees, store staff, store managers, and area managers (e.g., creating participant lists, preparing materials, etc.)
・Supporting various training programs (creating participant lists, preparing materials, etc.)
・Arranging accommodations, training venues, and transportation tickets; managing information; and handling inquiries to ensure smooth training operations
・Various registration and management tasks, including settlement-related duties
*The Job Description may change within the scope of tasks related to each headquarters department due to department transfers or organizational changes.
You will be involved in the talent development and training of store employees, who are the sole point of contact with customers. We also expect you to devise the most effective and efficient methods yourself. Qualifications
■Required Experience, Skills, and Abilities
・Basic operation of various office software including Excel (VLOOKUP, COUNTIF/SUM functions, data management), Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
・Administrative experience including schedule coordination, event preparation support, list creation using Excel, and expense processing
・Strong communication skills and the ability to respond flexibly and promptly to diverse stakeholders based on individual circumstances
・Attention to detail, ability to collaborate and consult with others while prioritizing teamwork to advance tasks
■Preferred Experience, Skills, and Abilities
・Experience as an assistant or support staff for training sessions, events, etc.
・Interest in fashion or work experience in the retail/apparel industry
・Comfortable working with English documents, including utilizing translation tools (some internal materials include English emails and documents)
・Basic operation of various office software including Excel (VLOOKUP, COUNTIF/SUM functions, data management), Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint

Work Condition

■Employment Type: Contract Employee
*Employment contracts may be renewed based on business needs and individual performance (no automatic renewal)
※There is no upper limit on contract renewals (total period or number of renewals).
■Annual Salary Range: ¥3.49-5.62 million (Monthly Salary: ¥230,000-370,000)
・Allowances: Commuting allowance, overtime allowance, etc. (※All subject to company regulations)
・Bonuses: Semi-annual bonuses twice a year, year-end bonus (Payment and amount determined based on company performance and personnel evaluation)
・Promotions twice a year (determined based on performance evaluation)
※Salary will be determined based on company policy, taking into account your previous annual income and experience, not limited to the above.
■Working Hours

Fixed hours such as 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, with 8 hours of actual work and 1 hour break
■Holidays & Leave
Two days off per week (Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays) Annual paid leave, special/bereavement leave, childcare/nursing care leave systems, etc.
*Special leave granted in the first and second half of the year, separate from paid leave (number of days varies by employment type and company)
