The Global Digital Marketing Department, the newly hired department, makes the most of the Fast Retailing Group's worldwide customer and purchase data, as well as cutting-edge ad technology, to efficiently and effectively deliver valuable information. This enables all of the Group's brands, including UNIQLO, GU, Theory, and PLST, to attract new customers and promote purchasing activities around the world, thereby making a significant contribution to business growth.
The organization consists of two major areas: "Performance Marketing/CRM" and "Social Marketing". This position is for the "Performance Marketing & CRM" team. This team is responsible for three roles: digital paid advertising management, marketing, and building digital marketing infrastructure, and each of these roles works in tandem to promote business growth.

As the global headquarters, the Japan headquarters will lead the digital marketing staff in each country to achieve high-level, cost-competitive digital marketing initiatives by utilizing all available data and cutting-edge ad technology for business growth in all countries of operation. You will be responsible for a full range of activities, from the discovery of issues to the formulation of strategies, the development of execution plans, and support for actual implementation.
The following projects are envisioned, but we would like to decide which project to entrust to you based on your experience and aspirations.
If you have experience in organizational management, you may be asked to manage a global headquarters organization, including human resource development.
(1) Promotion of new client acquisition
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing market development strategies to acquire new customers on a global basis, and will be asked to lead the process from the development of specific action plans to supporting the implementation of those plans.
(2) Promotion of measures to attract customers in stores and EC
(3) Promotion of full-funnel marketing strategy for store and e-commerce customer acquisition (APP, SEM, SEO, display ads, social ads, and affiliate marketing) *Overseas business trips may be required.
(3) Resolving management issues and promoting execution centered on digital marketing in overseas business countries/regions ・Attracting customers by integrating online and offline marketing from a digital marketing perspective for all of the Fast Retailing Group's global businesses: UNIQLO, GU, Theory, and PLST. The Global Digital Marketing Department is responsible for the development and implementation of digital marketing solutions for the Fast Retailing Group's global UNIQLO, g.u., Theory, and Plaiste businesses, from the perspective of digital marketing.
The Global Digital Marketing Department is responsible for all Fast Retailing Group brands on a global scale, so you will be responsible for creating a significant impact on the business through your own initiatives.
Our business is not limited to e-commerce, as we have over 2,500 physical stores around the world, creating a new customer experience that combines online and offline shopping.

At least 5 years of experience in leading a full process of business issues from problem identification to solution planning and results generation.

Annual salary range: 8-16 million yen (monthly salary: 500,000-780,000 yen)
