Job Description

Background of Recruitment
Fast Retailing (FR) Group is undergoing a company-wide transformation to create a "new industry" based on the concept of "LifeWear" that goes beyond the boundaries of conventional industries.
We have a global workforce with a variety of employment statuses, and we are looking for an HR legal representative with legal expertise to promote HR governance and labor compliance both domestically and internationally.

■Job Summary
FR's Japan headquarters, as the GHQ (Global Head Quarter), is required to deal with a global scale from the more than 3,500 stores of UNIQLO, GU, Theory, PLST, etc. that operate around the world to the headquarters of each region. The position will focus on domestic labor relations at the start of your career, but in the future you will be expected to take on the following duties, including those overseas.

In the future, the following duties will be assumed, including those overseas. The position requires appropriate risk judgment and prompt response while complying with not only Japanese laws but also the laws of various countries overseas.
In addition to handling individual cases, you will also lead the establishment and operation of a monitoring system to prevent problems before they occur, as well as the implementation of training.
We also expect you to introduce systems and mechanisms that will enable more flexible and efficient work styles and more long-term active work.
*Payroll calculation, social insurance, and procedures related to entering and leaving the company are handled by a separate team and are not covered by this program.
Job Description is subject to change within the scope of work related to each department of the headquarters as a result of departmental changes and reorganization.

Qualifications

Required Experience, Skills, and Abilities
Experience in the execution of duties with in-depth knowledge of laws related to human resources (labor standards law, labor contract law, etc.)
The candidate should have the same perspective as management, be able to act as a change agent, and be able to identify and solve problems.
A good sense of balance in respecting each and every employee on site while pursuing the ideal of what should be.
TOEIC score of 800 or above, or be able to communicate in English without any problem in business.
We also welcome candidates with a background in legal practice, such as lawyers or prosecutors, as well as experience in human resources or labor relations.

Annual salary
Annual salary range: 7.2-11.7 million yen (monthly salary: 450,000-650,000 yen)
Commuting allowance, overtime allowance, etc. (*All in accordance with our company's regulations)
Bonuses: Semiannual bonus twice a year, year-end bonus (whether or not to be paid and the amount will be decided according to the company's performance and personnel evaluation)
Promotion: Twice a year (determined according to personnel evaluation)
