About PLST
■ Department Overview
The Marketing Department, to which you will be assigned, is tasked with accurately communicating PLST’s brand and product value to as many customers as possible and turning them into PLST fans.The department consists of a Marketing Team—which handles everything from formulating and executing product marketing strategies to producing the creative content that brings them to life, as well as disseminating information both online and offline—and a Digital Commerce Team that builds e-commerce sites where customers can enjoy a comfortable shopping experience, while also driving digital marketing efforts focused on customer acquisition and CRM. For this position, you are expected to be assigned to the Digital Commerce Team.
■Job Description
In this role, you will be expected to design and implement member customer communication strategies, drive the evolution of digital marketing, and break down the barriers between physical stores and e-commerce through channel integration to create new customer experience (CX) value. Specifically, your responsibilities will include the following:
CRM Initiatives
・Planning and implementing CRM strategies (apps, email newsletters, LINE) aimed at improving customer LTV.
・Design and operate communications (segmented delivery, triggered delivery, scenario-based delivery, etc.) aimed at improving the customer experience by leveraging the customer data platform.
・Drive the development of new initiatives that lead to higher performance, based on e-commerce business plans and data analysis.
・Planning and implementing CRM strategies for physical stores to improve LTV.
Promotion of Integrated Online/Offline Initiatives
・Planning and executing strategies to expand the app membership base starting from physical stores and to boost usage of the e-commerce store.
・Develop and execute strategies for a seamless shopping experience across e-commerce and physical stores.
・Planning and building new circular services and customer experiences that integrate physical stores and e-commerce
*The Job Description may change within the scope of duties related to various headquarters departments due to department transfers or organizational changes.

Qualifications
■ Required Experience, Skills, and Abilities: Strong written and verbal communication skills, plus one of the following skills or experiences
・Experience driving digital marketing initiatives at an advertising agency or a business corporation
・Experience in planning and implementing CRM strategies, as well as evaluating their effectiveness
・Experience in developing, planning, and executing digital marketing strategies, including proposing, implementing, and analyzing improvements to websites and advertisements based on data analysis
■Preferred Experience, Skills, and Abilities
・Experience in planning and executing sales promotions and marketing campaigns for e-commerce sites
・Experience in integrated online/offline marketing
・Experience writing SQL
・Experience using marketing automation (MA) tools such as Adobe Campaign or Salesforce
・Knowledge and experience with various digital marketing infrastructures, account setup, and operations (Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, Google, Yahoo!, Facebook, etc.)
・Experience in team and member management ・Business-level English proficiency (TOEIC score of 700 or higher preferred)

・Bonuses: Semi-annual bonuses twice a year, year-end bonus (eligibility and amount determined based on company performance and performance evaluations)
