About PLST

■Department Overview
The Marketing Department, where you will be assigned, has the mission of accurately communicating PLST's brand and product value to more customers and turning them into PLST fans.This department consists of a Marketing Team responsible for formulating and executing product marketing strategies, creating the resulting creative content, and disseminating information online and offline; and a Digital Commerce Team driving digital marketing efforts, including building an e-commerce site where customers can enjoy comfortable shopping, planning and operating the site, and managing customer acquisition and CRM. This position is expected to be assigned to the Digital Commerce Team.

■Job Description
In this role, you will design and execute member customer communications, advance digital marketing, and break down barriers between physical stores and e-commerce through channel integration to create new customer experience (CX) value. Specific responsibilities include:

CRM Promotion
・Develop and implement CRM strategies (app, email newsletters, LINE) to enhance customer LTV.
・Design and operate communications (segmented delivery, trigger-based delivery, scenario-based delivery, etc.) to enhance customer experience using the customer data platform.
・Develop new initiatives that drive higher performance based on e-commerce business plans and data analysis.
・Plan and implement CRM strategies for physical stores to enhance LTV.

Driving Integrated Online/Offline Initiatives
• Plan and execute strategies to expand the app membership base originating from stores and activate EC store usage.
・Strategy formulation and execution for seamless shopping experiences across e-commerce and physical stores.
・Planning and building circular new services/customer experiences that integrate stores and e-commerce
*The Job Description may change within the scope of duties related to each headquarters department due to department transfers or organizational changes.

■Career Path
You will lead the formulation and execution of comprehensive strategies spanning both physical stores and online stores within the CRM domain. In the future, you will also oversee the O2O and digital marketing domains, as well as take on team management and development responsibilities.

Qualifications

■Required Experience, Skills, and Abilities: Strong written and verbal communication skills, plus one of the following skills or experiences

・Experience driving digital marketing initiatives at an advertising agency or business company
・Experience in planning, strategizing, implementing, and evaluating the effectiveness of CRM initiatives
・Experience developing, planning, and executing digital marketing strategies, including proposing, implementing, and analyzing improvements to websites and advertising based on data analysis

■Preferred Experience, Skills, and Abilities
・Experience planning and executing sales promotions/campaigns for e-commerce sites
・Experience with integrated online/offline marketing
・Experience writing SQL queries
・Experience utilizing MA tools such as Adobe Campaign or Salesforce
・Knowledge and experience with various digital marketing infrastructure, account setup, and operations (Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, Google, Yahoo!, Facebook, etc.)
・Experience managing teams and team members ・Business-level English proficiency (TOEIC score of 700 or higher as a guideline)

■Annual Salary
・Annual Salary Range: ¥7,040,000 - ¥12,060,000 (Monthly Salary: ¥440,000 - ¥670,000)
・Allowances: Commuting allowance, overtime allowance, etc. (※All subject to company regulations)
・Bonuses: Semi-annual bonuses twice a year, year-end bonus (Payment and amount determined based on company performance and personnel evaluation)
・Promotions twice a year (determined based on performance evaluation)
*Salary will be determined based on company policy, taking into account your previous annual income and experience, in addition to the above.

Flextime system or managerial/supervisory role

Standard daily working hours: 8 hours, Break: 1 hour
Core hours: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Flexible hours: 6:00 AM - 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM (Overtime work may occur)
・Supervisory staff
Based on the working hours of the assigned department, determined by the employee

Two days off per week (Saturdays and Sundays; national holidays are workdays) Annual paid leave, special/bereavement leave, childcare/nursing care leave systems, etc.
