About PLST

Department Overview
The mission of the Marketing Department, to which you will be assigned, is to correctly communicate PLST's brand and product values to more customers and to make them PLST fans. This department consists of the Marketing Team, which is responsible for the formulation and execution of product marketing strategies, the production of creative that embodies these strategies, and the dissemination of information online and offline, and the Digital Commerce Team, which is responsible for the planning and operation of e-commerce site production, customer attraction, and CRM to build e-commerce sites that enable customers to enjoy shopping in comfort. This position is expected to be assigned to the Digital Commerce Team.

Job Description
This position is expected to promote the design and implementation of member customer communication, the evolution of digital marketing, and the creation of new experience value (CX) by breaking down the barriers between stores and EC through the fusion of store/EC channels. Specifically, we are looking for the following

Promotion of CRM
Planning and implementation of CRM strategies (apps, mail magazines, LINE) to increase customer LTV.
Design and operation of communication (segment delivery, trigger delivery, scenario delivery, etc.) to improve customer experience by utilizing customer data base.
Promote the development of new measures that lead to higher performance based on the EC business plan and data analysis.
Planning and implementation of CRM strategies for stores to improve LTV at stores.

Promote integrated online/offline measures.
Planning and implementation of strategies to expand the app membership base and revitalize the use of the EC store, starting with the store
Planning and execution of strategies for seamless purchasing experience between EC and stores
Planning and development of new cyclical services and customer experiences that integrate stores and EC

■Career Path
You will lead the formulation and execution of strategies encompassing stores and online stores in the area of CRM. In the future, you will also be responsible for overseeing the O2O and digital marketing areas, as well as team management and development.

Qualifications

■ Required Experience/Skills/Abilities: Strong written and verbal communication skills and experience in one or more of the following skills/experiences

Experience in promoting digital marketing at an advertising agency or business enterprise
Experience in planning strategies for CRM initiatives, implementing them, and verifying their effectiveness
Experience in developing, planning, and executing digital marketing strategies, including proposing, implementing, and analyzing website and advertising improvements based on data analysis.

■Welcome experience, skills and abilities
Experience in planning and implementing sales promotions for e-commerce sites
Experience in integrated online/offline marketing
Experience writing in SQL
Experience using MA tools such as Adobe Campaign and Salesforce
Knowledge and experience with various digital marketing infrastructures, account submission and operations (Google Analytics, Apps Flyer, Google, Yahoo!, Facebook, etc.)
Experience in team and member management ・Business English skills (TOEIC score of 700 or above)

■Annual Income
Annual salary range: 7.2 to 11.7 million yen (monthly salary: 450,000 to 650,000 yen)
Commuting allowance, overtime allowance, etc. (*All in accordance with our company's regulations)
Bonuses: Semiannual bonus twice a year, year-end bonus (whether or not to be paid and the amount will be decided according to the company's performance and personnel evaluation)
Promotion: Twice a year (determined according to personnel evaluation)
