The team is responsible for leading the creation of quality stores in Japan for Fast Retailing group brands such as UNIQLO, GU, and Theory through the development, operation, and management of Fast Retailing's own complexes.
The department is responsible for establishing unique and strategic management methods for Fast Retailing's complexes to uncover customer needs and continue to create facilities that are worth visiting.

■ Job Description:
Implement unique operational management methods to maximize store sales.
Develop a portfolio of facilities that maximize Group revenues by utilizing new real estate schemes and build consensus with relevant parties (internal management and owners of the relevant properties)
Conduct a series of operations and management tasks for the company's complex facilities
Promote in-house complex development projects (development, negotiation of terms and conditions, planning, leasing, etc.)

Career path ・ There is a possibility that you will lead the New Facility Development Department as a leader, or you may be transferred to other departments including overseas business to be more closely involved in the business management.

Required Experience, Skills and Abilities
1 Experience in one of the following
Operation and management of commercial facilities
Planning and project promotion of large-scale mixed-use development projects
Real estate sales, due diligence and leasing
2 Ability to promote projects with an open mind and without sticking to one's own area of expertise, gathering all kinds of knowledge and members from inside and outside the company
