Job Description
■ Recruitment Background:

In order to solve these priority issues and achieve our goals, we are looking for someone who can operate, analyze, and utilize data from the health management system and plan solutions to various issues while gaining a realistic understanding of actual employee conditions, and collaborate with other departments to promote the project.

■ Job Description:
Establish system operations to manage health management data such as employee health checkup results (elaboration of health management data, organization of operations to maintain compliance with various related laws, vendor management, etc.)
Analyze and utilize the above health management data, identify issues to realize the Company's health management goals, and formulate and implement solutions to those issues.
In the above process, the incumbent will work as a team with members of the General Affairs and ES Promotion Department and public health nurses at the Wellness Center, and will also collaborate with counterparts in the Sales Department, stores, Human Resources Department, and other headquarters departments to resolve health management issues.

Through this position, you will acquire a broad knowledge of employee health management data management in the area of wellness and various related laws, as well as the skills to lead the operation and utilization of such data to solve problems. You may also be able to use your experience and acquired skills to work in other project manager positions within the General Affairs and ES Promotion Department, or to acquire the ability to work across the board with other global departments to carry out projects. In the mid- to long-term, there is a possibility for you to build your career as a general manager of GHQ or Regional HQ.

Annual Salary
Annual salary range: 6.24 - 12.96 million yen (monthly salary: 390,000 - 720,000 yen)
Commuting allowance, overtime allowance, etc. (*All in accordance with company regulations)
Bonuses: Semiannual bonus twice a year, year-end bonus (whether or not to be paid and the amount will be decided according to the company's performance and personnel evaluation)
Promotion: Twice a year (determined according to personnel evaluation)
(Not limited to the above, but will be determined based on our company's rules and regulations in consideration of annual salary and experience in previous jobs.
