Job Description
■ Recruitment Background:
Fast Retailing Group (FR) is at a stage where it is accelerating its growth as a global brand by spreading new values worldwide based on the concept of LifeWear, which goes beyond conventional fashion/apparel. In order to build a dominant global brand position, we are seeking individuals who can strengthen marketing communications and lead business growth.
■ Department Overview:
The Global Marketing Department is responsible for developing marketing communication strategies and supporting their implementation in each country in order to spread the UNIQLO brand, the Lifewear concept, and the value of our products around the world.
The Creative Team leads the development of content from both the brand and customer perspectives in order to achieve diversification and sophistication in the dissemination of information to customers. This is an extremely global and challenging environment where we collaborate with top-notch external creators from around the world, and the content we develop is deployed around the world.
■ Job Description:
Develop communication plans to strengthen the LifeWear brand and product brands.
Develop and produce information content for a wide range of media channels, including TV commercials, digital, SNS, outdoor advertising, in-store promotional materials, and events.
Schedule and cost management in the content production process
Job Descriptions are subject to change within the scope of work related to each department of the headquarters as a result of departmental or organizational changes.

Experience in any of the following
At least 3 years of experience in planning, developing and supervising content at media companies (publishers, etc.), advertising companies, PR agencies, production companies, etc.
At least 3 years of experience in marketing in the apparel or fashion industry.
Experience in marketing communication in a business company (consumer goods, etc.) for more than 3 years.
■Welcome experience, skills and abilities
Business English skills (TOEIC score of 700 or above is a good guide)

Annual salary range: 7.2 to 11.52 million yen (monthly salary: 450,000 to 640,000 yen)
Commuting allowance, overtime allowance, etc. (*All in accordance with our company's regulations)
Bonuses: Semiannual bonus twice a year, year-end bonus (whether or not to be paid and the amount will be decided according to the company's performance and personnel evaluation)
