Job Description
Background
Fast Retailing Group (FR Group) is aiming to become the world's number one apparel group by transforming itself beyond the framework of a retailer to become a "Digital Consumer Retail Company".
We have positioned globalization and digitalization as one of the most important issues, and are working to improve the level of digital marketing within the FR Group and globally, and to build a digital marketing foundation and platform. We are looking for a person who can promote the practice and transformation of "customer-centric marketing" globally based on customer feedback and data, with an emphasis on all digital channels (owned, earned, and paid).
■Department Overview
The Global Digital Marketing Department, to which you will be assigned, promotes the evolution of digital marketing on a global scale to improve customer satisfaction and provide new purchasing experiences by delivering optimal information to each individual customer. The department consists of three teams: the Global Business Development Team, the SNS Marketing Team, and the Customer Acquisition and CRM Team.
■Description of the job
This position is responsible for promoting the optimization of the analysis environment for digital marketing of the FR Group as a whole.
As a project manager, you will aim to implement data-driven "customer-centric marketing" in cooperation with each stakeholder. Specifically, you will be responsible for the following themes
(1) Promotion and support of business in each country
As the global headquarters of FR Group, you will support the business in each country from the aspect of data analysis by resolving issues related to the analysis environment in each country and supporting the preparation of individual business reports.
(2)Promotion of projects to build analytical environments, mainly Google Analytics 4
Formulate strategies for the introduction and development of an analytical environment to execute high-level digital marketing in each country or on a global scale. Promote projects (unification of parameters, various tag channels, etc.) based on the implementation development strategy in cooperation with relevant personnel and IT personnel in each country, each business, and each brand.
(3) Promote projects to develop a collaborative environment for BI reports.
Optimize the BI report collaboration environment to achieve more useful and efficient data utilization. He will formulate utilization strategies in collaboration with stakeholders in each country, each business, and each brand, and lead the optimization of data utilization support and system requirements for each business.

Required Experience, Skills and Abilities
Business level English proficiency (TOEIC score of 700 or above) and a desire to work in a global and diverse environment with one or more of the following skills/experiences
Experience in solving internal and external business problems and providing leadership on projects.
Experience developing, planning, and executing digital marketing strategies, including recommending, implementing, and analyzing website and advertising improvements based on data analysis.
Experience in system design, operation, and development, either in-house or for a client
Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
Experience, skills, and abilities that would be beneficial to us
Basic knowledge and experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, PowerBI, etc.)
Experience in business transformation or system development in collaboration with engineers in the areas of product planning and digital marketing
