Within this effort, we prioritize globalization and digitalization as key strategic initiatives. We are working to elevate the level of digital marketing both within the FR Group and globally, while building the foundational infrastructure and platforms for digital marketing. We seek individuals who can drive the global implementation and transformation of "customer-centric marketing" based on customer feedback and data, emphasizing all digital channels (owned, earned, and paid).
■Department Overview
The Global Digital Marketing Department drives the evolution of digital marketing on a global scale to enhance customer satisfaction and deliver new shopping experiences by delivering optimal information to each individual customer. The department consists of three teams: the "Global Business Development Team," the "Social Media Marketing Team," and the "Customer Acquisition and CRM Team." This position is intended for assignment to the "Customer Acquisition and CRM Team."
■Job Responsibilities
The Data Infrastructure Team you will join collaborates with the IT Division's Digital Business Transformation Team and departments at US headquarters responsible for leveraging the latest Western technologies and advancing partnerships with partner companies. Together, they aim to build and stably operate a world-class digital marketing infrastructure. In this role, you will lead and manage projects as part of the GHQ, collaborating with key stakeholders such as the lead responsible for driving customer acquisition across all FR Group brands and channels globally, or the project lead for company-wide initiatives.
Your initial assignment will be determined during the selection process through discussions, based on your experience and aspirations. You are expected to work on themes such as the following:
(1) Planning and leading digital marketing systems essential for business growth in our fourth founding phase
・Handling solutions from the MarTech chaos map (DMP, CDP, MA, BI, AI, etc.), while initiating new projects that drive company-wide operational transformation and growth, securing budgets, and launching initiatives.Monitor and control project progress, formulate project plans, define challenges, conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis, explore planning directions based on hypotheses, procure external resources, negotiate with business partners, and manage internal and external collaborators and staff.
(2) Driving business transformation projects utilizing cutting-edge digital marketing technologies from Europe and the US
・Lead and manage projects to implement cutting-edge technologies and generate results in the rapidly evolving e-commerce and digital marketing fields. Collaborate with other business departments and overseas divisions (e.g., US) to drive initiatives such as: customer acquisition and nurturing; retention efforts from paid external advertising to owned media; promoting e-commerce and app usage; improving purchase frequency and average order value; and reducing costs and enhancing efficiency in producing and managing marketing communication content and assets.
(3) Lead and manage the digital marketing aspects of the FR Group's standard e-commerce platform renewal project
・Lead and manage projects supporting the introduction and operational stabilization of digital marketing platforms. This involves working alongside channel managers and other departments to refresh existing e-commerce platforms in current markets or introduce new platforms for market expansion, with GHQ providing parallel support.
・The Job Description may change within the scope of tasks related to each headquarters department due to department transfers or organizational changes.
■Career Path
・Upon joining, you will initially drive projects as described above. Mid-to-long term, we expect you to advance end-to-end responsibilities—from strategic planning to execution—across the entire FR Group's digital marketing operations, aligned with your experience and aspirations.
・Future opportunities include roles such as Director or Leader of Global Business Planning/Development, Manager in Digital Marketing, as well as overseeing business planning/development and digital marketing at overseas locations, or becoming a Digital Marketing Lead.
