The R&D Department, to which our designers and pattern makers belong, is a group of experts who actually commercialize our "LifeWear" concept. In this position, we are looking for a designer/patterner for women's innerwear in order to further evolve our clothing manufacturing.

■Organizational Overview
The R&D Department, to which you will be assigned, is a group of experts who actually commercialize the concept of LifeWear. In-house designers and patterners are active at five global locations (Tokyo/Shanghai/Paris/NY/LA) centered in Tokyo. Planning products that match people's living environment, styles, and times, and incorporating design as actual demand into the "LifeWear" concept. To continuously provide well thought-out, simple clothes that change people's lives for the better and enrich them. We aim to continue to bring innovation to the world through our clothes.

Required Knowledge/Abilities/Experience
Designer
At least 5 years of experience in women's innerwear design
Experience managing the product planning, design, and production process for multiple items (experience designing, requesting factories, and making products on your own)
Excellent communication skills in Japanese or English

Pattern maker
At least 7 years of experience in creating specifications and patterns for women's innerwear
CAD (patternmaking) experience
Excellent communication skills in Japanese (JLPT N1 or equivalent)

Preferred Knowledge/Abilities/Experience
Pattern maker
CAD (grading), Excel, Illustrator experience
English: Daily conversation level (TOEIC 700 points) or above

Employment Status
First year: Temporary employee (with a probationary period of 3 months)
(After the second year, the position is scheduled to be switched to permanent.)
Employment contract may be renewed in consideration of the company's business needs and the individual's performance (no automatic renewal).
There is no upper limit on contract renewal (total period or number of renewals).

■Annual salary
Annual salary range: 3,990,000-7,400,000 yen (monthly salary: 265,000-490,000 yen)
Commuting allowance, overtime allowance, etc. (*All in accordance with our company's regulations)
Bonuses: Semiannual bonuses twice a year, year-end bonuses (whether or not to be paid and the amount will be decided according to the company's performance and personnel evaluation)
Promotion: Twice a year (determined according to personnel evaluation)
Not limited to the above, but will be determined in accordance with our company's regulations based on annual salary and experience in previous jobs.

Working hours
Either general working hours or flextime system

General working hours
8 hours between 7:00-18:00 with 1 hour break

Flextime system
Standard working hours per day ... 8 hours, break ... 1 hour
Core time ... 9:00-14:00
Flexible hours ... 6:00-9:00 and 14:00-20:00 with overtime

Vacations and Vacations
2 days off per week (Saturdays and Sundays), annual paid vacations, special/ congratulatory/condolence leave, childcare/nursing care leave system, etc.
In addition to the holidays mentioned in the preceding paragraph, whether or not national holidays are also considered holidays shall be determined on a case-by-case basis in the employment contract for temporary employees.
*In addition to paid vacations, special leave is granted for the first and second semester vacations (the number of days granted varies depending on the employment status and the company to which the employee belongs).
