Job Description
Background of Recruitment
Fast Retailing (FR) Group is currently undergoing a company-wide transformation to create a "new industry" based on the concept of "LifeWear" that goes beyond the boundaries of conventional industries. For about one year after joining the company, you will be in charge of HRBP in one of the departments at GHQ (Global Head Quarter) in Japan, and after that, we expect you to work as a HR manager or a candidate for a manager at our local subsidiaries and production offices in China (Shanghai), Vietnam, Indonesia, India and Bangladesh (hereinafter "overseas offices"). After that, you will be expected to take an active part as a human resources manager or a candidate for a manager at local subsidiaries and production offices in China (Shanghai, Vietnam, Indonesia, India and Bangladesh).
■ Duties Summary
FR's Japan Headquarters, as GHQ, is required to strongly drive the business growth of FR Group and each brand on a global scale, spreading to approximately 3,600 stores in Asia, Europe, and the United States. The successful candidate will learn how to work as a GHQ and the FR HR values at the Japan Headquarters, and then be transferred to an overseas office where the production department and other bases are located to lead the overall HR management in the region.
Specifics
(1) Duties at the Japan Headquarters (about 1 year)
The HRBP is a key position that connects the HR department with various departments in conjunction with all HR functions such as recruitment, labor relations, evaluation and compensation, assignment procedures, and payroll. The HRBP will be in charge of one of the departments and will be required to catch up with Fast Retailing Group's HR operations by actually performing the following tasks: - Designing the organization to realize the departmental strategy
Designing the organization, planning the workforce, and allocating human resources to achieve the department's strategy
Planning and executing personnel transfers that balance the company's business needs and individual career needs
Measuring organizational culture and engagement, and planning and implementing solutions to issues discovered.
Labor-related support
(2) Duties at overseas offices
You will be posted to overseas offices on the premise that you have mastered the duties in the first position. The HR team at overseas offices is responsible not only for HRBP, but also for all HR operations such as recruitment, labor relations, payroll, and posting procedures. You will lead the HR transformation in the overseas offices in collaboration with the HR teams in the Japan headquarters and other overseas offices.
Job Descriptions are subject to change within the scope of work related to each department of the headquarters due to departmental transfers and organizational changes.

A TOEIC score of 800 or above, or the ability to communicate in English at internal meetings without any problems.
