We are currently seeking a Disability Employment Specialist to take end-to-end responsibility for all aspects of the process—from recruiting individuals with disabilities to work in our stores across Japan to creating a work environment where they can work with peace of mind. *As of June 1, 2022

Department Overview

The Disability Employment Specialist position is part of the Labor Relations Team within the Human Resources Department and is managed by a team leader and three team members.

Job Description

You will be responsible for recruiting individuals with disabilities for our stores across Japan, monitoring their work conditions at each store, and addressing environmental improvements and challenges in collaboration with both the employees themselves and store management. You will work with store staff and employment support organizations to create a comfortable working environment tailored to each individual’s specific circumstances.

Annual Salary

• Annual Salary Range: 6.72–10.00 million yen (Monthly Salary: 420,000–570,000 yen)
• Allowances: Regional allowance, commuting allowance, overtime allowance, etc. (*All subject to company regulations)
• Bonuses: Semi-annual bonuses twice a year, year-end bonus (eligibility and amount determined based on company performance and performance evaluations)
• Promotions twice a year (determined based on performance evaluations)

*Salary will be determined based on company regulations, taking into account your previous annual income and experience, and is not limited to the figures listed above.

Standard daily working hours: 8 hours; Break: 1 hour
Core hours: 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Flexible hours…6:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Overtime may be required

Based on the working hours of the employee’s department; left to the employee’s discretion
