Job Description

Recruitment Background
Fast Retailing Group's core company, UNIQLO, began hiring people with disabilities in 2001 and has almost achieved its goal of hiring at least one person with a disability per store since fiscal 2012. As of 2022, the FAST RETAILING Group's employment rate of persons with disabilities in Japan is 4.9%*, far exceeding the legally mandated rate of 2.3% in Japan. Employment is not limited to Japan, but extends globally, with approximately 1,500 staff members working around the world. This time, we are looking for a person in charge of hiring people with disabilities who work in our stores in Japan, who will be in charge of everything from hiring to creating a safe working environment for people with disabilities. *As of June 1, 2022

Outline of the Department
The person in charge of employment of persons with disabilities is in the labor affairs team of the Human Resources Department, with three members under the supervision of the leader.

■Job Description
The position is responsible for hiring people with disabilities at each store in Japan, checking the working conditions of people with disabilities at each store, and improving the environment and resolving issues for the people with disabilities and the stores.
Job Descriptions are subject to change within the scope of work related to each department of the headquarters due to departmental or organizational changes.

Qualifications

Required Experience, Skills and Abilities
Experience in human resources related to the employment of people with disabilities at a business company

■Welcome Experience/Skills/Abilities
Experience in recruiting, managing, and supporting the retention of people with disabilities
Business level English communication skills (TOEIC score of 700 or above)

Full-time employee (no fixed term, probationary period (3 months))

Annual salary
Annual salary range: 672-10 million yen (monthly salary: 420,000-570,000 yen)
Allowance: Regional allowance, commuting allowance, overtime allowance, etc. (*All in accordance with our company's regulations)
Bonuses: Semiannual bonus twice a year, year-end bonus (whether or not to be paid and the amount will be decided according to the company's business performance and personnel evaluation)
Promotion: Twice a year (determined according to personnel evaluation)
