We are currently seeking a Disability Employment Specialist to oversee the entire process—from recruiting individuals with disabilities to work in our Japanese stores to creating a safe and supportive work environment—in an integrated manner. *As of June 1, 2022

■ Department Overview
The Disability Employment Specialist position is part of the Labor Relations Team within the Human Resources Department and is managed by a team leader with three members.

■ Job Description
You will be responsible for recruiting individuals with disabilities for our stores across Japan, monitoring their work status at each location, and addressing environmental improvements and challenges related to both the employees themselves and store operations. You will collaborate with store staff and employment support agencies to create a comfortable working environment tailored to each individual’s circumstances.

■Annual Salary
・Annual Salary Range: 6.72–10.00 million yen (Monthly Salary: 420,000–570,000 yen)

・Bonuses: Semi-annual bonuses twice a year, year-end bonus (eligibility and amount determined based on company performance and performance evaluations)

Flexible work hours or managerial/supervisory roles

Standard daily working hours: 8 hours; Break: 1 hour
Core hours: 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Flexible hours…6:00 AM–9:00 AM and 2:00 PM–8:00 PM (Overtime work may occur)

Based on the working hours of the employee’s department, with the decision left to the employee

Two days off per week (Saturdays and Sundays; national holidays are working days) Annual paid leave, special leave (including bereavement leave), childcare and nursing care leave systems, etc.
