Outline of the department
The Japan Digital Commerce Department, to which you will be assigned, operates the g.u. e-commerce site, which maximizes sales and branding as the world's largest flagship store, and aims to realize sustainable and discontinuous growth for the entire GU business.
Among them, you will be assigned to the Site Management Team, which is responsible for strategy formulation, planning, production, and operation of the entire g.u. EC site, and will promote the project in cooperation with marketing, merchandisers, and other departments.

■Job Description
In charge of GU's on-demand digital channel operations (any or all of LINE, mail magazine, and APPPUSH are assumed). The successful candidate will be in charge of strategy formulation, actual production planning (by season/month/week), execution, and review, in collaboration with Corporate Planning, MD, Marketing, IMD, Inventory Control, and Sales. The scope of influence is several tens of billions of yen/year.

Specific duties include
Developing channel strategies: Based on numerical analysis of the channels in charge, formulate strategies and tactics to achieve business sales and profit targets and to drive in-store e-commerce customers. Formulation of KPIs and specific tactics necessary to achieve these goals.
Content planning and production direction: Planning and production direction of 52-week delivery content to stimulate customer purchase motivation by reading customer insights based on market conditions and business status results.
Distribution design: Formulate and execute the optimal distribution design for each distribution content in order to improve distribution efficiency.
Project progression: Collaborate with related departments and manage the execution of the project according to the above schedule.
PDCA cycle: Design of delivery (AB test), production, setup, numerical analysis, and review of business results in a weekly cycle. Short-, medium-, and long-term countermeasure planning and execution based on clearly defined challenges and opportunities.
Planning of next-generation services for the membership base: In addition to the regular delivery of services, we regularly propose requests for improvement to Fast Retailing's IT department, including the planning of services that will delight customers, as well as the design of delivery through the evolution of customer data management.

Qualifications

Required Experience, Skills and Abilities
At least 2 years of experience in direction and operation of on-demand channel (LINE, mail magazine, etc.) distribution operations, or consulting experience
2 or more years of experience in numerical analysis using analytical tools such as GA4
Business English skills (TOEIC score of 700 or above)

Experience in simple creative work using Adobe Photoshop, Figma and other production tools

Annual salary range: 6.56-8.64 million yen (monthly salary: 410,000-540,000 yen)
