Recruitment Background
PLST is one of the brands of Fast Retailing Group, which operates UNIQLO and GU. The brand offers clothes that give a "proper" look to the wearer's daily life in a variety of situations. The brand offers a wide range of essential wear with silhouettes and designs that make the wearer look beautiful and comfortable, and is in the process of transforming itself into a business that can provide the value of Fast Retailing's LifeWear concept to customers around the world.
We are looking for someone who can develop and execute communication strategies to build and strengthen relationships with media outlets and influencers, and create a fan community.
About PLST
Department Overview
The mission of the Marketing Department is to communicate PLST's brand and product values to as many customers as possible, and to encourage them to become PLST fans. This department consists of the Product Marketing Team, which formulates and implements product marketing strategies to communicate the season concept and product appeal, the Content Creation and Information Dissemination Team, which produces creative that embodies the product marketing strategies and disseminates them through EC content, season books, EDM and applications, and the Digital Media Team. The Social Marketing and PR Team is composed of three teams: the Product Marketing Team, which develops and executes the product marketing strategy; the Content Creation and Information Dissemination Team, which creates and disseminates the product marketing strategy through e-commerce content, seasonal books, EDMs and apps; and the Social Marketing and PR Team, which disseminates information through various media including digital media and social media, and through in-house platforms such as Live Station and StyleHint. This position will be assigned to the Social Marketing and PR Team.
Job Description
The Social Marketing & PR Team is responsible for planning and executing communication plans for each product and project based on the brand concept. Specifically, the following is assumed.
(1)Planning PR strategies in collaboration with the product marketing team and other marketing teams
(2)Official SNS planning and operation, and discovery, cultivation, and relationship building with fashion influencers
(3)Planning and execution of domestic and international events and promotions such as exhibitions and previews
(4)Build various media relations (whether with newspapers, TV, or publishers) and cooperative relationships with a variety of stakeholders
(5)Visualize the effects of PR activities and provide accurate feedback of external opinions and findings to the company.

Qualifications
Required Experience, Skills, and Abilities
Experience in any of the following, SNS planning and operation, and digital marketing initiatives.
At least 3 years of PR experience in the apparel industry or PR and marketing experience at a cosmetics, consumer goods, luxury brand, or other business enterprise.
Experience in PR projects for B-to-C products at a PR agency
At least 5 years of experience in SNS planning and operation, influencer marketing, and support for digital initiatives at an advertising agency.
Experience in marketing, advertising, or sales at a publishing company, advertising agency, TV station, record company, or film distribution company
