■Outline of the department
The mission of the "Digital Business Transformation Service Department" is to create results by defining, building, and thoroughly utilizing future-oriented business systems from the customer's perspective, regardless of the boundaries between business and IT, headquarters and field, and real and virtual. We are characterized by our end-to-end approach to the entire process of business and system transformation. While controlling the core aspects of business construction and system development in-house, we also actively collaborate with companies that possess the world's most advanced technologies and promote the introduction of new technologies such as AI. The organization is composed of multinational members with diverse backgrounds, including project managers, engineers, and data scientists, who use their strengths to collaborate across teams and departments, while placing importance on achieving the best customer experience and business growth, as well as employee growth.
This team supports the global store and e-commerce system and the global headquarters base system that supports it from GHQ, Japan. We proactively identify risks associated with business expansion, disaster risks, and changes in laws and regulations in each country, and build an IT governance and operation system that allows customers to enjoy shopping with peace of mind 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, globally.
The West Japan location, where this position is located, has an important role in dispersing disaster risks at GHQ by dividing our bases in Japan into Tokyo and Osaka.

Job Description
The position is responsible for establishing a system to ensure high quality and high efficiency of our IT services as a whole through IT risk control.
Lead the formulation and implementation of frameworks and management processes to achieve the desired organizational structure, processes, and system environment.
Risk assessment in the planning, design, development, maintenance, and operation phases of system development
Lead the development and establishment of a framework and management process to realize the organizational structure, processes, and system environment that should be in place.

Required Experience, Skills and Abilities
Experience in one of the following IT systems (experience in a cloud environment is desirable)
Three or more years of experience in quality control in system development, IT risk assessment/analysis, or system planning
Three or more years of experience in system auditing at an external auditing firm or internal audit
At least 3 years of consulting experience in system planning or system risk assessment
At least 5 years' experience in security design review in system development or operational acceptance in system operation
Smooth communication skills in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above)
Fluency and work experience in English are not required.

ITSM/ITIL related certifications
Cloud related certifications (AWS, GPC) at Associate level or higher
IT governance and system audit related certifications (CRISC/CISA/System Audit Engineer, etc.)
Security-related certifications (CISM/CISSP, etc.)
Experience in implementation, maintenance and operation of systems that require high availability and high security
Business level English proficiency (TOEIC score of 700 or above)
