The mission of the hiring department, the "Digital Business Transformation Services Department," is to create results by defining, building, and fully utilizing business systems with a customer-centric, forward-looking perspective—breaking down barriers between business and IT, headquarters and the field, and the physical and virtual worlds.A key feature of our department is that we handle the entire end-to-end process of business and transformation. While we maintain in-house control over the core aspects of business design and system development, we also actively collaborate with companies possessing world-leading technologies to advance the adoption of new technologies, including AI.Our organization consists of a multinational team with diverse backgrounds, including project managers, engineers, and data scientists. Each member leverages their unique strengths to collaborate across teams and departments, prioritizing the delivery of the best customer experience, business growth, and the development of our employees.
From our headquarters in Japan, this team supports our globally deployed retail and e-commerce systems, as well as the global headquarters systems that underpin them. We proactively address risks associated with business expansion, disaster risks, and changes in legal regulations across countries to build an IT governance and operational framework that ensures customers can shop with confidence 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, anywhere in the world.
The West Japan location, where this position is based, plays a crucial role in mitigating disaster risks at the GHQ by dividing our Japanese operations between Tokyo and Osaka.

■Job Description
Through work related to IT risk control, you will establish a framework to ensure the high-quality and efficient operation of our entire IT service.
・Lead the formulation and implementation of frameworks and management processes to realize the desired organizational structure, processes, and system environment
・Conduct risk assessments at each stage of system development, including planning, design, development, maintenance, and operation
・Drive projects involving risk assessment and analysis of the entire IT system, planning risk mitigation measures, and implementing mechanisms

■ Required Experience, Skills, and Abilities
・Practical experience with any of the following IT systems (experience in cloud environments is preferred)
・At least 3 years of practical experience in quality control for system development, IT risk assessment and analysis, or system planning
・At least 3 years of experience in system auditing at an external audit firm or in internal auditing
・At least 3 years of consulting experience in system planning or system risk assessment
・At least 5 years of practical experience in security design reviews for system development or in operational acceptance testing for system operations
・Fluency in Japanese (JLPT N2 or higher)
・Someone who is willing to actively engage in a work environment where English is used on a daily basis *Fluency or prior work experience is not required at this stage.

■ Preferred Experience, Skills, and Abilities
・ITSM/ITIL-related certifications
・Cloud-related certifications at the Associate level or higher (e.g., AWS or GPC)
・IT governance or system audit certifications (CRISC, CISA, Certified System Auditor, etc.)
・Security-related certifications (CISM, CISSP, etc.)
・Experience in the implementation, maintenance, and operation of systems requiring high availability and high security
・Business-level English proficiency (TOEIC score of 700 or higher is preferred)

・Annual Salary Range: 7.04 million yen – 17 million yen (Monthly Salary: 440,000 yen – 830,000 yen)

・Bonuses: Semi-annual bonuses twice a year, year-end bonus (eligibility and amount determined based on company performance and performance evaluations)
