This position is for a team member who will design, implement, and monitor IT service management programs to minimize IT risks, including information security and compliance, and ensure that the entire system operates with high quality and efficiency.

The Digital Business Transformation Services Department leads the Fast Retailing Group's growth and innovation through business transformation using the latest technology. The Integrated Operations Management team, to which this position belongs, leads the stable operation of systems for all of the Group's global brands through IT system control, operational management, and tracking of failure responses, thereby leading the provision of stable services worldwide.

1. IT Risk Governance
Actively identify various risks and regulatory changes that arise as the business expands globally, and lead the development, establishment, and improvement of frameworks and management processes for the ideal organizational, process, and system environment. Support the Fast Retailing Group's overall business growth by assessing and analyzing IT risks based on the formulated framework, planning risk mitigation measures, and promoting projects.
2. IT Service Operation Management
Design management processes (incident management, problem management, release management, IT asset management, etc.) for IT service operations based on ITIL and other frameworks to manage and improve the operational status of IT services across all systems globally. We contribute to global customer satisfaction and business expansion through continuous improvement of IT service quality and user experience. We also aim to optimize IT service operations across the entire company, achieving thorough automation, efficiency, quality improvement, and risk reduction. 3.
3. implementation and operation of system management tools
From the perspective of IT risks, including information security and compliance, we plan, study, build, and operate system management tools (PAM, SIEM, vulnerability countermeasures, system monitoring, etc.) to guarantee IT services and in-house services and systems to improve efficiency and automation of IT service operation management. When implementing system management tools, we are responsible for designing system operation business processes that assume the implementation of the tools, as well as designing, implementing, training IT department staff, operating, and improving the tools. Through these activities, the position will contribute to the standardization, efficiency, and quality improvement of IT services on a global basis.

ITIL Foundation certification and 5+ years of experience in IT service management process design, implementation, operational management, evaluation, and improvement
5+ years of experience in IT systems design, development, operation, and improvement
Experience in any of the following IT systems
- PM/PMO for information systems development projects
- Information system security
- System infrastructure design and construction using cloud infrastructure such as AWS/GCP
Smooth communication skills in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above)
