The UNIQLO Marketing Department is strengthening the development of in-house media channels to communicate the value of UNIQLO products—born from the "LifeWear" philosophy—to customers and contribute to the business.
We are seeking a candidate to lead the strengthening of our in-house media through the development of communication strategies, content planning, operational design, reporting frameworks, and the actual management of our social media accounts (TikTok, Instagram, X, etc.).

■ Department Overview
The Japan Marketing Department, to which you will be assigned, is tasked with accurately conveying the "value" (high quality and practicality) of the UNIQLO brand and products to customers. We formulate brand and product communication strategies rooted in Japan as a whole and in specific regions, and we are responsible for communication and store layout in collaboration with individual stores and relevant departments.Within this department, the Social Marketing Team generates public buzz through the management of our company’s social media accounts. The team is responsible for account management strategies, content development, and coordinating with influencers and internal/external affiliates.

■Job Description
Using social media as a starting point, you will maximize all offline and online marketing activities and plan and execute initiatives that drive branding and business results. Specifically, you will be responsible for planning and setting KPIs, as well as planning, executing, managing, and analyzing content and campaign initiatives, primarily in the following three areas:

・Company social media accounts (TikTok, Instagram, X, etc.)
・Marketing initiatives utilizing influencers
・Stimulating word-of-mouth on social media and fostering communication with fans

■ Required Experience, Skills, and Abilities
・Experience in planning, managing, and analyzing the company’s social media accounts (such as TikTok, Instagram, and X), influencer marketing, and social media campaigns
・Experience in the operation, analysis, or support of various social media marketing initiatives ・Experience in brand building or customer experience design at a major industry player or similar company
・Experience serving as a leader or manager driving projects or business initiatives

・Individuals with deep knowledge of the apparel and fashion industries

■Annual Salary
・Annual Salary Range: 7.04 million–8.64 million yen (Monthly Salary: 440,000–540,000 yen)
・Allowances: Commuting allowance, overtime pay, etc. (※All subject to company regulations)
・Bonuses: Semi-annual bonuses twice a year, year-end bonus (eligibility and amount determined based on company performance and performance evaluation)
・Promotions twice a year (determined based on performance evaluations)
*Salary will be determined based on company regulations, taking into account your previous annual income and experience, in addition to the above.

Core hours: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Flexible hours…6:00–9:00 and 14:00–20:00 (Overtime work may occur)
