Job Description
■Recruitment Background
UNIQLO, the core business of Fast Retailing, aims to create “the ultimate everyday wear that enriches and enhances people’s lives.” We continue to pursue LifeWear—a unique, one-of-a-kind clothing category that sets us apart from other apparel brands.
The UNIQLO Marketing Department is strengthening the development of in-house media that communicates the value of UNIQLO products—born from the "LifeWear" philosophy—to customers and contributes to the business.
We are seeking a candidate to lead the strengthening of our in-house media through the development of communication strategies, content planning, operational design, reporting frameworks, and the actual management of our social media accounts (TikTok, Instagram, X, etc.).
■ Department Overview
The Japan Marketing Department, to which you will be assigned, is tasked with accurately conveying the "value" (high quality and practicality) of the UNIQLO brand and products to customers. We formulate brand and product communication strategies rooted in Japan as a whole and in specific regions, and we are responsible for communication and store layout in collaboration with individual stores and relevant departments.Within this department, the Social Marketing Team generates public buzz through the management of our company’s social media accounts. The team is responsible for account management strategies, content development, and coordinating with influencers and internal/external affiliates.

Using social media as a starting point, you will maximize all offline and online marketing activities and plan and execute initiatives that generate branding and business results. Specifically, you will be responsible for planning and setting KPIs, as well as planning, executing, managing, and analyzing content and campaign initiatives, primarily in the following three areas:
・Company social media accounts (TikTok, Instagram, X, etc.)
・Marketing initiatives utilizing influencers
・Stimulating word-of-mouth on social media and promoting communication with fans

・Experience in planning and managing the company’s social media accounts (such as TikTok, Instagram, and X), influencer marketing, and social media campaigns
・Experience in the operation, analysis, or support of various social media marketing initiatives ・Experience in brand building or customer experience design at a major industry player or similar company
・Experience serving as a leader or manager driving projects or business initiatives
■Preferred Experience, Skills, and Abilities
・Deep knowledge of the apparel and fashion industries
・Experience using English in a business context
・Experience in planning and managing the company’s social media accounts (such as TikTok, Instagram, and X), influencer marketing, and social media campaigns
・Experience in the operation, analysis, or support of various social media marketing initiatives ・Experience in brand building or customer experience design at a major industry player or similar company
・Experience serving as a leader or manager driving projects or business initiatives

・Annual Salary Range: 7.04 million – 8.64 million yen (Monthly Salary: 440,000 – 540,000 yen)
・Allowances: Commuting allowance, overtime pay, etc. (※All subject to company regulations)
・Bonuses: Semi-annual bonuses twice a year, year-end bonus (eligibility and amount determined based on company performance and performance evaluation)
・Promotions twice a year (determined based on performance evaluations)
*Salary will be determined based on company regulations, taking into account your previous annual income and experience, and is not limited to the figures listed above
