Job Description
■Recruitment Background
UNIQLO, the core business of Fast Retailing, pursues a new category of clothing unique in the world: LifeWear. This concept aims to create "the ultimate everyday wear that enriches and comforts people's lives," fundamentally differing from other apparel brands.
Within UNIQLO's Marketing Department, we are strengthening the development of our own media channels to communicate the value of UNIQLO products, born from the "LifeWear" philosophy, to customers and contribute to the business.
This position seeks an individual to lead the strengthening of our proprietary media through the entire process of developing communication strategies for our company-owned SNS accounts (TikTok, Instagram, X, etc.), planning content, designing operations, creating reports, and executing actual account management.
■Department Overview
The Japan Marketing Department, where you will be assigned, has the mission of accurately communicating the "value (high quality, rationality)" of the UNIQLO brand and products to customers. It develops brand and product communication strategies for all of Japan and for specific regions, collaborating with stores and relevant departments to drive communication and create sales environments.Within this department, the Social Marketing Team generates public discourse through managing our company's SNS accounts. They are responsible for account operation strategy, content development, and coordinating with influencers and internal/external partner companies.

Starting with SNS, you will maximize all offline and online marketing activities, planning and executing initiatives that generate branding and business impact. Specifically, you will be responsible for planning and KPI setting, as well as planning, executing, managing, and analyzing content and campaign initiatives primarily across the following three areas:
・Company SNS accounts (TikTok, Instagram, X, etc.)
・Influencer marketing initiatives
・Activating word-of-mouth on SNS and promoting communication with fans

・Experience planning, operating, and analyzing company social media accounts (TikTok, Instagram, X), influencer marketing, and social media campaigns
・Experience in operation, analysis, or supporting various SNS marketing initiatives ・Experience in brand building or customer experience design at industry leaders or comparable companies
・Experience serving as a leader or manager driving projects or business initiatives
■Preferred Experience, Skills, and Abilities
・Deep knowledge of apparel and fashion
・Experience using English in a business context
・Experience planning, operating, and analyzing company social media accounts (TikTok, Instagram, X), influencer marketing, and social media campaigns

■Annual Salary
・Annual Salary Range: ¥7,040,000 - ¥8,640,000 (Monthly Salary: ¥440,000 - ¥540,000)
・Allowances: Commuting allowance, overtime allowance, etc. (※All subject to company regulations)
・Bonuses: Semi-annual bonuses twice a year, year-end bonus (Payment and amount determined based on company performance and personnel evaluation)
・Promotions twice a year (determined based on performance evaluation)
*Salary will be determined based on company policy, taking into account your previous annual income and experience, in addition to the above.
