Job Description

Background
Fast Retailing Group (FR Group) is aiming to become the world's number one apparel group by transforming itself beyond the framework of a retailer to become a "Digital Consumer Retail Company". In particular, we have positioned globalization and digitalization as the most important issues for the FR Group, and are working to improve the level of digital marketing within the group and globally, and to build a digital marketing platform and infrastructure. We are looking for a person who will focus on all of FR's digital channels (owned, earned, and paid) and promote the practice and transformation of "customer-centric marketing" based on customer feedback and data on a global scale.

■ Department Overview
The Global Digital Marketing Department is globally promoting the transformation into an "information manufacturing and retailing company" that improves customer satisfaction and provides new purchasing experiences by delivering the best information to each and every customer. The division consists of three teams: Global Business Development, SNS Marketing, and Customer Acquisition and CRM. This position is expected to be assigned to the customer acquisition and CRM area.

■ Job Description
The CRM team is building a world-class CRM platform in collaboration with the IT team. In this position, as GHQ, you will lead the resolution of digital marketing issues and drive growth in each country for all FR Group brands involved in both online and offline customer contact points.
The specific initial assignment will be determined based on your experience and aspirations through a series of conversations during the selection process, but you will be expected to work on the following topics

(1)CRM marketing promotion
Assignments will be made based on conversations with IT and data analysis teams, and will include the following topics
In addition, he will be responsible for the development and implementation of a global marketing automation (MA) program that maximizes business impact.

(2) CRM customer data platform promotion
Optimize front-end and back-end privacy settings according to local data privacy requirements and the implications of all customer data.

(3)Promotion and support of business in each country
Develop CRM programs for new product launches in line with the overall global marketing strategy. Identified ways to use CRM to further improve customer experience and maximize business value.
As a CRM consultant, he will help local digital marketing teams in each country to achieve a world-class customer experience.

■Career Path
In addition to being a general manager or leader of global business planning and business development, or a manager in the digital marketing area, a wide range of activities are possible, including business planning and business development for overseas offices, overseeing digital marketing, and being in charge of the digital marketing area. You can also take on the challenge of developing next-generation media, services, and other businesses.

Qualifications

Required Experience, Skills and Abilities
Business level English proficiency (both reading, writing, and speaking English on a daily basis, with a TOEIC score of 800 or higher as a general guideline).

Experience in independently identifying business issues and driving their resolution as a project leader
At least 3 years of experience in independently planning and executing data-driven digital marketing campaigns with a focus on CRM
Deep knowledge of how to operate multiple CRM channels including email, App Push, and SMS

■Welcome Experience, Skills and Abilities
Deep understanding of customer data platforms
Experience in planning and growing FMCG e-commerce site operations (especially for apparel products)
Experience in implementing MA tools such as Adobe Campaign and Salesforce
Experience with databases and familiarity with SQL
Experience in both online and offline marketing to increase market share
Experience working with overseas offices, foreign companies, and global business partners
Experience in consulting, digital/IT related work or project management in a corporate environment
Japanese language ability is preferred but not required.

Annual salary
Annual salary range: 672-11.7 million yen (monthly salary: 420,000-650,000 yen)
Allowance: commuting allowance, overtime allowance depending on grade
Bonuses: Semiannual bonus twice a year, year-end bonus (payment and amount to be determined based on company performance and personnel evaluation)
Promotion: Twice a year (determined according to personnel evaluation)

Working hours
Flextime system or management supervisor
Flexible working hours: 8 hours per day, 1 hour break, core hours 9:00-14:00, flexible hours 6:00-9:00, 14:00-20:00, overtime work available
Managers and supervisors: Based on the working hours of their department and left to the employee's decision.
