Job Description
■Recruitment Background
The Fast Retailing Group (hereinafter FR Group) is transforming its business model beyond traditional retail into a "Digital Consumer Retail Company," aiming to become the world's leading apparel group. We have positioned globalization and digitalization as the FR Group's most critical priorities, working to elevate the level of digital marketing both within the Group and globally, while building the foundational infrastructure and platforms for digital marketing. We seek an individual who can drive the global implementation and transformation of "customer-centric marketing" based on customer feedback and data, emphasizing all of FR's digital channels (owned, earned, and paid).
■Department Overview
The Global Digital Marketing Department drives the global transformation toward becoming an "information manufacturing retailer" that enhances customer satisfaction and delivers new shopping experiences by delivering optimal information to each individual customer. The department consists of three teams: Global Business Development, SNS Marketing, and Customer Acquisition & CRM. This position is expected to be assigned to the Customer Acquisition & CRM domain.
■Job Description
The CRM team you will join collaborates with the IT team to build a world-class CRM platform. In this role, you will lead as part of the Global Headquarters (GHQ), driving solutions and growth for digital marketing challenges across all FR Group brands in various countries, encompassing both online and offline customer touchpoints.
Your specific initial assignment will be determined during the selection process through discussions, based on your experience and aspirations. However, you are expected to work on themes such as the following:
(1) Driving CRM Marketing
・Develop CRM utilization strategies to create optimal customer experiences for each country and region while understanding their business objectives, and drive projects based on these strategies as the responsible leader.
・Collaborate with IT and data analytics teams to delve into datasets, defining and executing a global direction for marketing automation (MA) programs that maximize business impact.
(2) Advancement of the CRM Customer Data Platform
• Optimize front-end and back-end privacy settings according to data privacy requirements in each country/region and the context of all customer data.
(3) Driving and Supporting Regional Operations
・Develop CRM programs aligned with the global marketing strategy to support new product launches. ・Identify CRM utilization methods that enhance customer experience and maximize business value.
・Support digital marketing teams in each country and region as a CRM consultant to achieve world-class customer experiences.

・Business-level English proficiency or willingness to acquire it
・Experience proactively identifying business challenges and driving their resolution as a project leader
・3+ years of experience independently planning and executing data-driven digital marketing campaigns, primarily centered around CRM
・Deep knowledge of operating multiple CRM channels, including email, app push notifications, and SMS
■Preferred Experience, Skills, and Abilities
・Deep understanding of customer data platforms
・Experience planning and growing FMCG e-commerce sites (particularly apparel products)
・Experience implementing MA tools such as Adobe Campaign or Salesforce
・Experience operating databases and familiarity with SQL
・Experience in both online and offline marketing to expand market share
・Experience collaborating with overseas offices, foreign-affiliated companies, and global business partners
・Experience in consulting, digital/IT-related roles, or corporate project management
・Japanese language skills are preferred but not required

・Annual Salary Range: ¥8,000,000 - ¥13,500,000 (Monthly Salary: ¥500,000 - ¥750,000)

・Bonuses: Semi-annual bonuses twice a year, year-end bonus (Payment and amount determined based on company performance and personnel evaluation)
