Job Description
Recruitment background and mission of the department
Our corporate statement is "Change Clothing, Change Common Sense, Change the World" and our concept of clothing is "LifeWear" (clothing that enriches the lives of all people, the ultimate everyday wear). Sustainability is extremely important in realizing this concept and is one of the most important management issues.
The Sustainability Department is promoting various initiatives, including addressing global-scale social issues such as human rights and environmental impact in the supply chain, climate change and natural capital, shifting to a recycling-oriented business model including the promotion of repair, reuse, and recycling of clothes, and social contribution activities. We are looking for people who have experience and skills in diverse fields, who share our challenges as described above, and who can promote our aspirations together.
■ Department Overview:
The Sustainability Department has four teams depending on their functions: Business and Social Issue Resolution, Factory Labor Environment Transformation, Global Environmental Management, and Disclosure. This position will be assigned to the Business and Social Problem Solving Team, and the mission of the team is to "Make the power of clothes into the power of society. The team's mission is to solve social issues and create new value through the clothing business based on the company's sustainability statement, "The Power of Clothing is the Power of Society.
■ Job Description
Working with a wide range of stakeholders, including customers, UN agencies, and NGOs, the position will contribute to the stability and sustainable development of society, and plan and execute initiatives that have global and local impact. Specifically, we will
Planning and execution of FR Group's social contribution activities and formulation of policies and guidelines for overseas countries of operation
Negotiate with UN, NGOs, and other support groups, and build and maintain partnerships.
Quantitative evaluation of community investment and visualization of social impact
Support for promotion of social contribution activities at the store level to realize coexistence and co-prosperity with local communities

Qualifications
■ Required Experience, Skills and Abilities:
Experience in one of the following areas with a strong passion for improving society through business activities.
Experience in sustainability, or experience promoting social contribution activities at a business or consulting firm, even if not in the department in charge of such activities
Experience in humanitarian aid or sustainability-related work at an international organization, government ministry, business organization, research institute, NPO/NGO, etc.
<Language skills
Communication skills and work experience using English (TOEIC score of 800 or above as a guide)
Experience in one of the following areas with a strong passion for improving society through business activities.
Experience in sustainability, or experience promoting social contribution activities at a business or consulting firm, even if not in the department in charge of such activities
