Department Overview:

The Sustainability Department is organized into four teams based on function: Business and Social Issue Resolution, Factory Working Environment Transformation, Global Environmental Management, and Disclosure. The successful candidate for this position is expected to be assigned to the Global Environmental Management Team.

Required Experience, Skills, and Abilities

• Ability to take a business-oriented perspective and proactively address sustainability challenges
• Practical-level English proficiency (approximately TOEIC 800 or higher; you will be required to communicate directly via email and web conferences with external government agencies, NGOs, NPOs, and other organizations)
• Experience in project management and new business development at a private company and/or practical experience in sustainability-related work at a consulting firm or government agency

Annual Salary

• Annual Salary Range: 6.72–12.60 million yen (Monthly Salary: 420,000–700,000 yen)
• Allowances: Commuting allowance, overtime pay, etc. (*All in accordance with company regulations)
• Bonuses: Semi-annual bonuses twice a year, year-end bonus (eligibility and amount determined based on company performance and performance evaluations)
• Promotions twice a year (determined based on performance evaluations)
