Job Description
■ Background of the Opening:
Our corporate statement is “Change clothing, change common sense, change the world,” and our clothing design concept is “LifeWear” (clothing that enriches the lives of everyone—the ultimate everyday wear). Sustainability is crucial to realizing this vision and is one of our top management priorities.The Sustainability Department is advancing various initiatives, including addressing human rights and environmental impacts within the supply chain; responding to global social issues such as climate change and natural capital; transitioning to a circular business model—including promoting the repair, reuse, and recycling of clothing; and engaging in social contribution activities. We are seeking individuals with experience and skills across diverse fields who resonate with our challenges as described above and are committed to advancing our mission together.
■ Department Overview:
The Sustainability Department is organized into four teams based on function: Business and Social Issue Resolution, Factory Working Environment Transformation, Global Environmental Management, and Disclosure. The successful candidate for this position is expected to be assigned to the Global Environmental Management Team.

・Promoting the transition to a circular business model (clothing repair, reuse, and recycling)
・The Job Description may change depending on department transfers or organizational restructuring, within the scope of duties related to each department at headquarters.

Qualifications
■ Required Experience, Skills, and Abilities
・Ability to take a business-oriented perspective and proactively address sustainability challenges
・Practical-level English proficiency (approximately TOEIC 800 or higher; you will be required to communicate directly via email and web conferences with external government agencies, NGOs, NPOs, and other organizations)
・Experience in project management and new business development at a corporate firm and/or practical experience in sustainability-related work at a consulting firm or government agency
・Ability to take a business-oriented perspective and proactively address sustainability challenges
・Practical-level English proficiency (approximately TOEIC 800 or higher; you will be required to communicate directly via email and web conferences with external government agencies, NGOs, NPOs, and other organizations)
・Experience in project management and new business development at a corporate firm and/or practical experience in sustainability-related work at a consulting firm or government agency

■Annual Salary
・Annual Salary Range: 6.72–12.60 million yen (Monthly Salary: 420,000–700,000 yen)
・Allowances: Commuting allowance, overtime pay, etc. (*All subject to company regulations)
・Bonuses: Semi-annual bonuses twice a year, year-end bonus (eligibility and amount determined based on company performance and performance evaluations)
・Promotions twice a year (determined based on performance evaluations)
*Salary will be determined based on company regulations, taking into account your previous annual income and experience, and is not limited to the figures listed above.

Flexible work hours or managerial/supervisory position
・Flexible work schedule
Standard daily working hours: 8 hours; Break: 1 hour
Core hours: 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Flexible hours…6:00–9:00 and 14:00–20:00 (Overtime may be required)
・Supervisors
Based on the working hours of the employee’s department; left to the employee’s discretion
■ Days Off and Leave
Two days off per week (Saturdays and Sundays; national holidays are workdays) Annual paid leave, special leave (including leave for weddings and bereavement), childcare and family care leave systems, etc.
*In addition to paid leave, special leave is granted in the first and second halves of the fiscal year (the number of days granted varies depending on employment status and the company to which the employee belongs)
