■ Department Overview:
The Sustainability Department is organized into four teams based on their functions: Business and Social Issue Resolution, Factory Working Environment Transformation, Global Environmental Management, and Disclosure. This position is scheduled to be assigned to the Global Environmental Management Team.

■ Required Experience, Skills, and Abilities
・Ability to take a management perspective and proactively address sustainability challenges
・Practical English proficiency (TOEIC score of 800 or higher is preferred; you will be required to communicate directly via email and web conferences with external government agencies, NGOs, and NPOs)
・Experience in project management and new business development at a corporate firm and/or practical experience in sustainability-related work at a consulting firm or government agency

■Annual Salary
・Annual Salary Range: 6.72–12.60 million yen (Monthly Salary: 420,000–700,000 yen)

・Bonuses: Semi-annual bonuses twice a year, year-end bonus (eligibility and amount determined based on company performance and performance evaluation)
