As the “face of the FR Group,” the Corporate Public Relations Department handles all corporate public relations functions, including external communications—such as managing media interviews with executives and handling public relations regarding business performance, recruitment, sustainability, sports projects, and store-related matters—as well as internal communications to enhance employee engagement and crisis management. The department consists of just over 10 members, including the department head and team leaders.
Daily communication takes place in both Japanese and English.
