■ Department Overview
The Sustainability Marketing Team, to which you will be assigned, is responsible for all aspects of sustainability communication. We handle everything from disseminating information about sustainable products to coordinating store-level initiatives such as clothing reuse and recycling programs and community outreach. We also manage information disclosure—including traceability—and handle end-to-end communication across all media and levels to achieve sustainability goals for the entire FR Group, including UNIQLO.

The mission of this position is to contribute to marketing and branding by accurately and effectively communicating our company’s sustainability policies and specific initiatives both internally and externally. Specifically, the role involves the following:
・Develop and execute strategies and plans to ensure that our brands, led by UNIQLO, serve as touchpoints for sustainability for our customers and act as catalysts for broader impact
・Create promotional materials that clearly convey our various sustainability initiatives to everyone, and support UNIQLO and other brands in utilizing these materials for their marketing activities
・Produce sustainability-related content and plan and manage events and campaigns—both online and offline—that allow customers to participate
・Develop and execute PR initiatives both domestically and internationally to ensure that more people accurately understand our sustainability activities
・Conduct marketing and awareness campaigns for employees regarding sustainability
Assignments will be determined based on your experience and through discussions during the selection process.

(1) Experience in any of the following
・Experience in planning and executing PR and marketing strategies at a business company
・Experience with B2C PR projects at a PR agency
・Experience in marketing or advertising at a publishing company, advertising agency, TV station, record label, film distribution company, or similar organization
(2) The following experience, skills, and abilities
・Project management skills
・Business-level English proficiency (TOEIC score of 800 or higher is preferred; ability to prepare documents and communicate in internal and external meetings)
・Alignment with UNIQLO’s philosophy and the “LifeWear” concept of clothing design
■ Preferred Experience, Skills, and Abilities
・Relationships with stakeholders in various media industries

・Annual Salary Range: 7.04 million yen – 18 million yen (Monthly Salary: 440,000 yen – 1 million yen)

・Bonuses: Semi-annual bonuses twice a year, year-end bonus (eligibility and amount determined based on company performance and performance evaluations)
