Organization Overview
The R&D Department, to which you will be assigned, consists of designers and pattern makers from all departments, including men's, women's, kids', and merchandise, who are passionate about bringing the joy of fashion to people everywhere.
We research market trends and focus on new materials, designs, and manufacturing processes to create products that exceed our customers' expectations. ■ Work Contents
With grading operations at the core, you will be responsible for quality improvement, strengthening partnerships with partner factories, formulating company-wide grading rules, planning and proposals, etc.
(1)Size grading operations for women's and men's items
(2)Establishment of grading rules as the basis for the entire company
(3)Deepening relationships with client factories, including requesting work from them and providing feedback on finished products
(4) Gathering information on overseas markets and making proposals regarding next-generation product development.

Experience with CAD for apparel

(After the second year, if performance and evaluations meet the criteria for appointment as a regular employee, the employee will be appointed as a regular employee.)
The employment contract may be renewed in consideration of the company's business needs and the individual's performance (no automatic renewal).
There is no upper limit to the number of contract renewals (total period or number of renewals).
■Annual salary
Annual salary range: 4.11-7.84 million yen (monthly salary: 270,000-490,000 yen)
Commuting allowance, overtime allowance, etc. (*All in accordance with our company's regulations)
Bonuses: Semiannual bonus twice a year, year-end bonus (whether or not to be paid and the amount will be decided according to the company's performance and personnel evaluation)
Promotion: Twice a year (determined according to personnel evaluation)
