Recruitment Background

This position is for a grader candidate who will formulate guidelines for grading operations in all divisions for women's and men's wear, and further strengthen relationships with client factories. We are looking for a grader candidate to establish guidelines for grading operations in all womenswear and menswear departments and to further strengthen relationships with client factories.

Organization Overview
The R&D Department, to which you will be assigned, consists of designers and pattern makers from all departments, including men's, women's, kids', and merchandise, who are passionate about bringing the joy of fashion to everyone.
We research market trends and focus on new materials, designs, and manufacturing processes to create products that exceed our customers' expectations. Job Description
With grading-related operations at the core, this position will not only improve quality, but also strengthen partnerships with client factories, formulate cross-departmental rules, and make plans and proposals.
(1)Formulation of grading rules as the basis for the entire company
(2)Size grading operations for women's/men's items
(3)Deepening relationships with client factories, including requesting work from them and providing feedback on finished products
(4)Gathering information on overseas markets and making proposals on next-generation product development
Job Descriptions are subject to change within the scope of work related to each department of the headquarters due to departmental transfers and organizational changes.

Qualifications

Required Knowledge/Abilities/Experience
Experience in grading women's/men's apparel (5+ years)
Experience with CAD for apparel

Experience in developing grading rules by yourself
Experience as a patterner as well as a grader
Experience as a pattern maker as well as a grader.

Employment Type
Temporary employee (with a probationary period of 3 months)
(After the second year, if performance and evaluations meet the criteria for appointment as a regular employee, the employee will be appointed as a regular employee.)
The employment contract may be renewed in consideration of the company's business needs and the individual's performance (no automatic renewal).
There is no upper limit to the number of contract renewals (total period or number of renewals).

■Annual salary
Annual salary range: 4.11-7.84 million yen (monthly salary: 270,000-490,000 yen)
Commuting allowance, overtime allowance, etc. (*All in accordance with our company's regulations)
Bonuses: Semiannual bonus twice a year, year-end bonus (whether or not to be paid and the amount will be decided according to the company's performance and personnel evaluation)
Promotion: Twice a year (determined according to personnel evaluation)
Not limited to the above, but will be determined in accordance with our company's regulations based on annual salary and experience in previous jobs.

Working hours
Either general working hours or flextime system

General working hours
8 hours between 7:00-18:00 with 1 hour break

Flextime system
Standard working hours per day ... 8 hours, break ... 1 hour
Core time ... 9:00-14:00
Flexible hours ... 6:00-9:00 and 14:00-20:00 with overtime

Vacations and Vacations
