■Department Overview
The In store merchandising (IMD) department, to which you will be assigned, aims to make as many customers as possible enjoy fashion by creating a sales floor that conveys our brand message in stores, which are the direct contact points with our customers. The IMD Department consists of two teams, the Merchandise Layout Team and the New Store/VMD Team, with approximately 20 members. This time, we are recruiting for the new store/VMD team, which has about 5 members including the department manager and leader. The team does not confine itself to its own department, but promotes operations while communicating with various departments within the company, such as the product layout team, MD team, and each store in the sales department.

Job Description
As a VMD and product layout manager, you will be involved in the evolution of VMD on the sales floor and the creation of a system for on-site VMD training. Specific Job Descriptions are as follows
Planning sales space creation in line with seasonal plans
Create guidelines for sales space creation to be deployed to each store.
Composition of torso styling to match the layout of each sales floor
Training of supervisors and store managers throughout Japan on VMD
Creation and ordering of materials related to VMD
Planning of promotional materials such as in-store sales promotion materials
Creation of mannequin styling for new stores and flagship stores
Job Descriptions are subject to change as a result of departmental or organizational changes within the scope of work related to each department of the headquarters.

Required Experience, Skills, and Abilities
At least 3 years of experience in planning and creating sales space for a brand as a VMD.
Ability to understand trends, market changes, and the essence of things
Leadership skills and an attitude to cooperate with others
Basic Excel skills (vlookup functions, pivot tables, IF functions, etc.)
Experience with Photoshop

Experience, skills, and abilities that would be welcome
Good command of English and Chinese
