Job Description

Background

The Uniform & Customization Department is engaged in new services and projects utilizing e-commerce and stores, and one of these is customization services such as printing (UTMe!) and embroidery to provide clothing that meets the individual needs of each customer. This time, we are looking for an assistant who can respond to requests for customization from corporate customers.

Outline of the department

UNIQLO's Japan operations provide new value to customers through personalized services that utilize both e-commerce services and in-store stores. You will be assigned to a team that takes orders related to customization from corporate customers. (10 members belonging to the team)

■ Job Description

As a response to corporate customers, you will be entrusted with general assistant duties in a series of processes from order receipt to delivery. Specifically, the duties are as follows

(1) Order handling: Confirm customer requests, mainly for orders placed via the Web. E-mail communication will occur as necessary.

(2) Inventory check and stocking: We will ask you to cooperate with other departments to stock orders from customers.

(3) Request customization to meet customer requests in cooperation with internal and external partners.

(3) Request customization of various patterns to internal and external partners based on the format of orders received.

After delivery, you will also be responsible for managing billing and payment.

Qualifications

Required Experience, Skills, and Abilities
Customer oriented and hospitality with the ability to act from the customer's point of view.
A willingness to find improvements and make changes for the better in daily operations
Proactive attitude to learn new skills
Excel (SUM and other basic functions and data management), Outlook, Word, PowerPoint

Experience in corporate sales by phone or e-mail (regardless of industry)
Experience in sales administration with receiving and placing orders
Experience in e-commerce site operation support and order management
Experience in apparel business

Employment Type

Contract employee (fixed term, contract renewal at the end of August every year)

Contracts may be renewed in consideration of the company's business needs and the individual's performance (no automatic renewal).

There is no upper limit to the number of contract renewals (total period or number of renewals).


Annual salary

Annual salary range: 3,490,000-4,400,000 yen (monthly salary: 230,000-290,000 yen)

Commuting allowance, overtime allowance, etc. (*All in accordance with our company's regulations)

Bonuses: Semiannual bonuses twice a year, year-end bonuses (whether or not to be paid and the amount will be decided based on the company's performance and personnel evaluation)

Promotion: Twice a year (determined according to personnel evaluation)

(Not limited to the above, but will be determined based on our company's rules and regulations in consideration of annual salary and experience in previous jobs.

Working hours

General working hours
8 hours between 7:00 and 18:00 with 1 hour break
