Job Description

Background
Creating FR's future" = Leading the transformation into an information manufacturing retailer
In order to realize this natural, but highly challenging state at the highest level, FR is transforming itself into an "information manufacturing retailer" (Ariake PMO = "Information Manufacturing Retailer"). We are now promoting the transformation of Ariake PMO into an "information manufacturing retailer". In order to achieve this, it is necessary for the entire company, including stores, e-commerce, planning, marketing, production, and logistics, to work together to promote the transformation, with the customer at the center.

In this position, we are looking for someone who can lead a cross-functional transformation project toward the realization of the "information manufacturing retailer" that Ariake PMO is aiming for. As a candidate for future management, we are looking for someone who can envision what the company should be, involve the entire company and the frontline, and lead reforms with a hands-on approach.

■Department Overview
The mission of the Ariake Project and Structural Reform Department, to which you will be assigned, is to be a "Change Agent" who, regardless of your position, will always be the driving force behind the implementation of end-to-end reforms from the perspective of management, and will be involved in the work of each department, leading business and structural transformation across all departments. I will lead the transformation of the business structure across all departments to make daily business operations better and more efficient. In the course of the transformation, we will also work on digitalization and globalization to create a new Fast Retailing.

■ Job Description
The Ariake PMO is promoting the following four major themes. In each of these areas, the Ariake PMO is expected to not only act as a PMO, but also to be hands-on in the project and promote it. The area of assignment and specific Job Description will be determined based on your intentions and aptitude through the selection process, but if you have a strong preference at this stage, please let us know at the time of application.

Front-end reform: (1) Transformation of work styles based on the voices of customers around the world, (2) Realization of a new retailing industry with integrated store and e-commerce purchasing experience, (3) Transformation of store work styles with the customer at the center, etc.
Global Product Division transformation: (1) Merchandising based on potential customer needs, (2) Formulation of business plans that fully integrate products, marketing, and sales areas, (3) Provision of an optimal product mix on a global basis, etc.
Supply chain transformation: (1) Improvement of planning accuracy and linkage between plans for end-to-end supply chain optimization, (2) Shortening of lead time, (3) Improvement of supply chain flexibility, etc.
Sustainability transformation: (1) Establishment of a sustainable supply chain, (2) Establishment of a recycling-oriented business model from scratch, taking responsibility for post-sale clothing, etc.

The following is a description of the work expected in each of these areas.
Define the ideal image and goals to be achieved through the Ariake project through discussions with the management team.
Identification of current issues, clarification of gaps with the goals, and formulation of action plans for transformation.
Execution of the action plan by getting into the business and the field, and contribution to the actual business results.
Developing strategic partnerships to accelerate transformation, and accelerating company-wide transformation by incorporating cutting-edge technology.

Annual salary
Annual salary range: 7.2 million yen - 20.62 million yen (monthly salary: 450,000 yen - 1.14 million yen)
