■Department Overview
The mission of the Production Department is to achieve optimal quality, cost, and delivery times, and to maximize sales and profits through the development of hit products. We will also strengthen our production structure by enhancing partnerships with our suppliers, including through factory policies.

■Job Description
You will lead efforts at manufacturing sites—such as fabric mills and sewing factories—to produce products of the highest global standard and to establish a workplace culture that delivers quality capable of satisfying customers worldwide.
・The Job Description may change depending on department transfers or organizational restructuring, within the scope of duties related to each department within the headquarters.

■ Required Experience, Skills, and Abilities: Extensive experience in any of the following areas
(1) Fabric Technology Specialist　
・Experience in raw fabric production at knitting or weaving mills
・Experience in dyeing and finishing at a dyeing plant
・Certified Professional Engineer

(2) Sewing Technology Specialist
・Sewing factory manager
・Experience in the manufacturing process at a sewing factory
・TES-certified

■Annual Salary
・Annual Salary Range: 5.8–11 million yen (Monthly Salary: 390,000–570,000 yen)
・Allowances: Regional allowance, commuting allowance, overtime allowance, etc. (※All subject to company regulations)
・Bonuses: Semi-annual bonuses twice a year, year-end bonus (eligibility and amount determined based on company performance and performance evaluations)
・Promotions twice a year (determined based on performance evaluations)
*Salary will be determined based on company regulations, taking into account your previous annual income and experience, in addition to the above.

・Standard working hours
8 hours of actual work and 1-hour break between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM

■Holidays and Leave
Two days off per week (Saturdays and Sundays) Annual paid leave, special leave (including bereavement leave), childcare and nursing care leave systems, etc.
*Whether public holidays are considered days off in addition to the days off listed above will be specified individually in the contract for part-time employees.
*In addition to paid leave, special leave is granted in the first and second halves of the fiscal year (the number of days granted varies depending on employment status and the company to which the employee belongs)
