Job Description
Background
Fast Retailing Group is expanding its business to become the world's No.1 apparel group. The Production Department is in pursuit of optimum quality and is particularly looking for a master craftsman to lead production technology, which is the essence of manufacturing.

The mission of the Production Department is to maximize sales and profits through the development of hit products by achieving optimal quality, cost, and delivery. We will also strengthen our production system by strengthening partnerships with partner companies such as factory policy.

Qualifications
Required Experience, Skills, and Abilities: Experience in one or more of the following
(1)Material Technology
Experience in raw fabric production at a knitting or weaving factory
Experience in dyeing and finishing in a dyeing factory
Qualified engineer
(2)Sewing technology
Sewing factory manager
Experienced in manufacturing process in sewing factory
TES qualified

Temporary employee (with a fixed period of employment and a probationary period of 3 months)
The contract may be renewed in consideration of the company's business needs and the individual's performance (no automatic renewal).
There is no upper limit on contract renewal (total period or number of renewals).
Annual salary
Annual salary range: 5.8-11 million yen (monthly salary: 390,000-570,000 yen)
Regional allowance, commuting allowance, overtime allowance, etc. (*All in accordance with our company's regulations)
Bonuses: Semiannual bonus twice a year, year-end bonus (whether or not to be paid and the amount will be decided according to the company's performance and personnel evaluation)
Promotion: Twice a year (determined according to personnel evaluation)
(Not limited to the above, but will be determined based on our company's rules and regulations in consideration of annual salary and experience in previous jobs.
Working hours
General working hours
8 hours between 7:00-18:00 with 1 hour break
Vacations and Vacations
2 days off per week (Saturdays and Sundays) Annual paid vacations, special congratulatory or condolence leave, childcare or nursing care leave system, etc.
In addition to the holidays mentioned in the preceding paragraph, whether or not national holidays are also considered holidays shall be determined on a case-by-case basis in the employment contract for temporary employees.
In addition to paid vacations, special leave is granted in the first and second terms (the number of days granted varies depending on the employment status and the company to which the employee belongs).
