Qualifications
Required Experience, Skills, and Abilities: Extensive experience in any one of the following areas
(1) Material Technology Specialist- Experience in the production of raw fabrics at knitting or weaving mills
- Experience in dyeing and finishing at a dyeing plant
- Certified Professional Engineer
- Sewing factory manager
- Experience in the manufacturing process at a garment factory
- TES-certified professional

Annual Salary
- Annual Salary Range: 5.8–11.0 million yen (Monthly Salary: 390,000–570,000 yen)
- Allowances: Regional allowance, commuting allowance, overtime pay, etc. (*All subject to company regulations)
- Bonuses: Semi-annual bonuses twice a year, year-end bonus (eligibility and amount determined based on company performance and performance evaluations)
- Promotions twice a year (determined based on performance evaluations)
