Celebrating its 20th anniversary since its launch in 2003, "UT" has significantly increased its global presence in regions like the US, EU, and ASEAN. Consequently, the importance of marketing direction from GHQ to each country has grown. We are seeking someone to powerfully drive "UT" marketing forward, ensuring we continue delivering timeless value to customers worldwide.
■Department Overview
UNIQLO's T-shirt brand "UT" began in 2003 as the "UNIQLO T-shirt Project." Under the theme "Make T-shirts more free and fun," it has widely communicated to society the idea of T-shirts as a tool for freely expressing individuality.Accelerated by the attention garnered during the fall 2006 opening of UNIQLO SOHO NY, where the flagship "Japanese Pop Culture Project" featured leading Japanese artists freely expressing "Contemporary Tokyo" on T-shirt canvases, the initiative to create the world's best T-shirt gained momentum. Since then, we have expanded collaborations with global art, characters, companies, and brands, delivering an overwhelming variety of graphic T-shirts to customers every year.By realizing collaborations that astonish customers worldwide, anchored in culture while embodying UNIQLO's "LifeWear," this initiative is driving UNIQLO to become the world's number one apparel brand in both name and reality.
■Job Description
As a Project Manager at the Global Headquarters, you will drive initiatives from planning to marketing execution for diverse UT content, including art, manga, fashion, and characters.
Specifically, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
・Developing communication plans involving licensors
(Sales promotion content and assets for stores/SNS, event execution, etc.)
・Collaborating with internal and external creators to produce various informational content, events, and other creative assets based on the above plans
・Planning and executing UT brand communications utilizing video content through collaboration with global media partners
・Implementing marketing plans for regional marketing teams and providing sales promotion support
Considering your experience and skills, you will initially focus on either marketing-related tasks centered around UT or licensing-related tasks such as contract negotiations with licensors. In the future, there is potential to expand your responsibilities to encompass both areas.

Qualifications
■Required Experience, Skills, and Abilities
Business-level English proficiency (Guideline: TOEIC score of 700 or higher. Please include your TOEIC score, business usage experience, study abroad experience, etc., in your resume/CV) and experience in one of the following areas
・Practical experience in product marketing/PR at a business company, publisher, advertising agency, creative agency, etc. (Approximately 5+ years)
・Experience involved in various licensing businesses
・Experience driving projects involving internal/external stakeholders both domestically and internationally
■Preferred Experience, Skills, and Abilities
・Deep knowledge and insight into culture in general, including fashion, art, and music, coupled with strong taste and insight
・Specialized expertise within the marketing/PR field
・Team management experience in a managerial role

・Annual Salary Range: ¥7.84 million to ¥11.52 million (Monthly Salary: ¥490,000 to ¥640,000)
・Allowances: Commuting allowance, overtime allowance, etc. (※All subject to company regulations)
・Bonuses: Semi-annual bonuses twice a year, year-end bonus (Payment and amount determined based on company performance and personnel evaluation)
・Promotions twice a year (determined based on performance evaluation)
*Salary will be determined based on company policy, taking into account your previous annual income and experience, in addition to the above.
