This challenge centers on GU's unique brand value: maximizing fashion enjoyment with minimal SKUs and prices. This will be achieved through comprehensive transformation across all aspects of the apparel business, including improving the accuracy of quantity and sales planning, and establishing a flexible system for additional production.

We operate the "GU Online Site," the world's largest flagship store, balancing commerce and branding. As the growth engine of our business, we aim to achieve sustainable and discontinuous growth in our e-commerce operations.
The Store & E-Commerce Integration Team we are recruiting for will collaborate with various departments to drive omnichannel initiatives and create a more seamless shopping experience between physical stores and e-commerce through digital touchpoints.
■Job Description
From both product and service perspectives, you will drive a more seamless shopping experience between physical stores and e-commerce through digital touchpoints. The goal is to realize "the clothes customers truly want, available when they want them, and ready to buy immediately."
Your mission is to review business performance from a customer-centric perspective and collaborate with various departments—from product development to sales associate customer service—across the entire business value chain to drive omnichannel integration. You will work closely with digital specialists to plan and implement new services centered around the GU app (with over 45 million cumulative downloads) and improve the app's usability based on customer feedback.
Specifically, you will be responsible for the following:
(1) Expand the customer base that uses both stores and e-commerce
(2) Increasing the number of users utilizing in-store pickup
(3) Introducing new services that integrate stores and e-commerce
*(Examples) New rollouts of Click & Collect and ORDER & PICK services, etc.

We expect you to take on the role of Product Manager at an early stage. ・Product management experience (ability and experience to view products from the customer's perspective)
・Experience planning and developing new e-commerce services or new ventures at a business company or consulting firm
・Experience executing content planning or customer acquisition strategies for e-commerce services
■Desirable Experience, Skills, and Abilities
・Knowledge and understanding of the latest technologies and trends in the OMO (Online-Merge-Offline) domain
・Experience in planning and developing omni-channel services or introducing new services to stores
・Knowledge and experience in system planning and development for proprietary services
・Ability to accurately analyze current situations based on numerical results and sales conditions, and formulate and execute subsequent countermeasures with sound reasoning
・Strong leadership and communication skills to engage and inspire others
・English proficiency (TOEIC score of 700 or higher, as a guideline)
*Business-level proficiency in email, conversation, and presentations is a plus

■Annual Salary Range
Approximately ¥7.04–11 million (Monthly Salary: ¥440,000–620,000)
・Allowances: Commuting allowance, overtime allowance based on grade
・Bonuses: Semi-annual bonuses twice a year, year-end bonus (payment and amount determined based on company performance and personnel evaluation)
・Promotions twice a year (determined based on performance evaluation)
*Salary will be determined based on company policy, taking into account previous annual income and experience, not limited to the above.

Flexible working hours system, or managerial/supervisory role
・Flextime System: Standard daily working hours 8 hours, 1-hour break, Core time 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM, Flexible time 6:00 AM - 9:00 AM, 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM, Overtime work required
