This will be achieved through comprehensive transformation across all aspects of the apparel business, including improving the accuracy of quantity and sales planning, and establishing a flexible system for additional production.
■Department Overview
The mission of the PR Team within the Marketing Department, where you will be assigned, is to communicate GU's value—encompassing products, people, stores, and social contributions—to customers worldwide through media and stakeholders under the brand message "YOUR FREEDOM." This drives reputation building and sales promotion for GU as a dynamic global fashion brand.
The PR Team handles both Corporate PR and Fashion PR roles. It plans and executes PR and communications activities to enhance awareness and drive sales for projects like seasonal products and collaborations, as well as for stores, people, and corporate activities. The candidate joining us will be responsible for Fashion PR.
■Job Description
・Planning and executing media events such as exhibitions and strategic presentations domestically and internationally
・Securing media exposure through PR releases and newsletters
・Proposing initiatives to secure exposure on TV, in newspapers, with publishers, and on web media
・Building relationships with media and stakeholders
・Collaborate with PR teams for GU operations in overseas countries and regions to develop and support global PR strategies
・Global crisis management
・Visualizing the effectiveness of PR activities and providing accurate internal feedback on media insights and perspectives

Qualifications
■Required Experience, Skills, and Abilities: Experience in any of the following
・PR and marketing experience at a company in the fashion brand, cosmetics, consumer goods, or other related industry
・Experience in PR projects for apparel products at a PR agency
・Experience in editing, marketing, or advertising at a fashion-related media outlet
■Preferred Experience, Skills, and Abilities
・TOEIC score of 700 or higher, or equivalent English skills (for internal/external meetings and emails)
・Deep knowledge of art, culture, and trends, not limited to fashion
・PR and marketing experience at a company in the fashion brand, cosmetics, consumer goods, or other related industry
・Experience in PR projects for apparel products at a PR agency
・Experience in editing, marketing, or advertising at a fashion-related media outlet
■Preferred Experience, Skills, and Abilities
・TOEIC score of 700 or higher, or equivalent English skills (for internal/external meetings and emails)
・Deep knowledge of art, culture, and trends, not limited to fashion

■Annual Salary
・Annual Salary Range: ¥12.06 million - ¥13.50 million (Monthly Salary: ¥670,000 - ¥750,000)
・Allowances: Commuting allowance, overtime allowance, etc. (※All subject to company regulations)
・Bonuses: Semi-annual bonuses twice a year, year-end bonus (Payment and amount determined based on company performance and personnel evaluation)
・Promotions twice a year (determined based on performance evaluation)
*Salary will be determined based on company regulations, taking into account your previous annual income and experience, in addition to the above.
