Job Description
■Recruitment Background
We aim to be an "information manufacturing and retail business" that uses customer feedback and insights as the engine driving all corporate activities—from planning and production to sales. Within this framework, the Customer Center is a vital department. Operating at the forefront of customer contact, it delivers exceptional service, gathers feedback from customers worldwide, and drives company-wide utilization to solve challenges and develop opportunities. We are seeking someone to lead the creation of a new Customer Center that advances business transformation centered on customer feedback.
■Assigned Department
Placement is planned within the Global Infrastructure Development Team, which drives VOC utilization and digital transformation within the Customer Center.
■Responsibilities
You will drive issue resolution and opportunity development based on customer feedback within either the "Service (Store Services/Online Store Services)" or "Product" domain.
・Planning, execution, and verification of initiatives to gather customers' latent needs regarding GU products and services
・Analyzing customer feedback, deriving insights, and making proposals
・Establish a company-wide platform for visualizing customer feedback
・Job responsibilities may change within the scope of tasks related to various headquarters departments due to department transfers or organizational changes.

Depending on aptitude and preference, opportunities for internal transfers or promotion to leadership roles exist. Internal transfers may include changes within the Customer Center (e.g., different roles or teams) or broader opportunities within the GU headquarters (e.g., transfers to other departments like Merchandising, Stores, or E-Commerce, or to other brands).

・Project management experience (e.g., strategic consulting, strategic/planning experience at a business company, corporate strategy experience)
・Ability to identify root causes through data-driven approaches (data analysis) and negotiation skills
・Experience in data analysis utilizing statistical models and machine learning
■Desirable Experience, Skills, and Abilities
・Business-level English proficiency (currently primarily domestic work, but potential for English use with future overseas expansion)
・Project management experience (e.g., strategic consulting, strategic/planning experience at a business company, corporate strategy experience)
・Ability to identify root causes through data-driven approaches (data analysis) and negotiation skills
・Experience in data analysis utilizing statistical models and machine learning

■Annual Salary
・Annual Salary Range: ¥6.24 million to ¥10.26 million (Monthly Salary: ¥390,000 to ¥570,000)
・Allowances: Commuting allowance, overtime allowance, etc. (※All subject to company regulations)
・Bonuses: Semi-annual bonuses twice a year, year-end bonus (Payment and amount determined based on company performance and personnel evaluation)
・Promotions twice a year (determined based on performance evaluation)
*Salary will be determined based on company policy, taking into account your previous annual income and experience, in addition to the above.

Standard daily working hours: 8 hours, Break: 1 hour
Core time: 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Flexible hours: 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM (Overtime work may occur)

Based on the working hours of the assigned department, determined by the employee
■Holidays & Leave
Two days off per week (Saturdays and Sundays; national holidays are workdays) Annual paid leave, special/bereavement leave, childcare/nursing care leave systems, etc.
※Special leave granted in the first and second halves of the year, separate from paid leave (number of days varies by employment type and company)
