Job Description
■Recruitment Background
We aim to be an “information manufacturing and retail business” that drives all corporate activities—including planning, production, and sales—using customer feedback and information as our primary engine. Within this framework, the Customer Center is a critical department that provides top-notch service at the forefront of customer interactions, gathers feedback from customers worldwide, shares it across the company, and drives problem-solving and opportunity development. We are seeking a leader to spearhead the creation of a new Customer Center that drives business transformation centered on customer feedback.
■Assigned Department
You will be assigned to the Global Infrastructure Development Team, which drives VOC utilization and digital transformation within the Customer Center.
■ Job Description
You will drive problem-solving and opportunity development based on customer feedback in either the "Services" (store services or online store services) or "Products" domain.
・Planning, executing, and validating initiatives to gather customers’ latent needs regarding GU’s products and services
・Analyzing customer feedback, deriving insights, and making proposals
・Building a platform to visualize customer feedback across the entire company
・Job responsibilities may change within the scope of duties related to various headquarters departments due to department transfers or organizational changes.

Depending on your aptitude and preferences, there may be opportunities for internal transfers or promotion to leadership roles. Internal transfers can include changes in duties or teams within the Customer Center, as well as transfers to other departments within GU Headquarters (such as Product, Store Operations, or E-commerce) or to other brands.

Qualifications
■ Required Experience, Skills, and Abilities
・Experience in project management (e.g., strategic consulting, strategic/planning experience at a business company, corporate strategy experience, etc.)
・Ability to identify root causes of issues through data-driven analysis (data analysis) and negotiation skills
・Experience in data analysis utilizing statistical models and machine learning
■Desirable Experience, Skills, and Abilities
・Business-level English proficiency (While current responsibilities are primarily domestic, there may be opportunities to use English in conjunction with future overseas expansion)
・Experience in project management (e.g., strategic consulting, strategic/planning experience at a business company, corporate strategy experience, etc.)
・Ability to identify root causes of issues through data-driven analysis (data analysis) and negotiation skills
・Experience in data analysis utilizing statistical models and machine learning

■Annual Salary
・Annual Salary Range: 6.24–10.26 million yen (Monthly Salary: 390,000–570,000 yen)
・Allowances: Commuting allowance, overtime pay, etc. (※All subject to company regulations)
・Bonuses: Semi-annual bonuses twice a year, year-end bonus (eligibility and amount determined based on company performance and performance evaluations)
・Promotions twice a year (determined based on performance evaluations)
*Salary will be determined based on company regulations, taking into account your previous annual income and experience, not limited to the figures above

Flexible work hours or managerial/supervisory position
・Flexible work hours
Standard daily working hours: 8 hours; Break: 1 hour
Core hours: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Flexible hours…6:00 AM–9:00 AM and 2:00 PM–8:00 PM (Overtime work may occur)

Based on the working hours of the employee’s department; left to the employee’s discretion
■ Holidays and Leave
Two days off per week (Saturdays and Sundays; national holidays are working days) Annual paid leave, special leave (including bereavement leave), childcare and nursing care leave systems, etc.
*In addition to paid leave, special leave is granted in the first and second halves of the fiscal year (the number of days granted varies depending on employment status and the company to which the employee belongs)
