Job Description
Recruitment Background
We aim to be an "information manufacturing and retailing company" that uses customer feedback and information as the engine for all our corporate activities, including planning, production, and sales. The Customer Center is an important department that provides the best service at the forefront of customer contact, collects customer feedback from around the world, and utilizes it throughout the company to resolve issues and develop opportunities. We are looking for a person who will lead the creation of a new customer center that will promote business transformation centered on the voice of the customer.
■Department to be assigned
The successful candidate will be assigned to the Global Infrastructure Development Team, which promotes VOC utilization and digital transformation of the customer center.
■Business Description
The g.u. customer center will be in charge of solving issues and developing opportunities based on customer feedback in the areas of either "services (store services and online store services)" or "products".
Planning, execution, and verification of plans to gather potential customer needs for GU's products and services.
Analyze customer feedback, derive insights, and make proposals.
Developing a foundation for visualization of customer feedback to the entire company.
The job description is subject to change within the scope of work related to each department of the headquarters due to departmental transfers and organizational changes.
Career Path
Depending on aptitude and desire, there is a possibility of internal transfer or promotion to a leadership position. Internal transfers can be considered in a wide range of areas, such as changing jobs or teams within the customer center, as well as transferring to other departments (product, store, EC, etc.) or other brands within the GU headquarters.

Business level English skills (currently mainly for domestic work, but English may be used for future overseas expansion)

Annual salary range: 6.24 - 10.26 million yen (monthly salary: 390,000 - 570,000 yen)
Commuting allowance, overtime allowance, etc. (*All in accordance with our company's regulations)
Bonuses: Semiannual bonus twice a year, year-end bonus (whether or not to be paid and the amount will be decided according to the company's performance and personnel evaluation)
Promotion: Twice a year (determined according to personnel evaluation)
