Job Description
Background
We aim to become an "information manufacturing and retailing company" that uses customer feedback and information as the engine of change to drive all corporate activities in the clothing industry, including planning, production, and sales. Among these, the Customer Center is an important department that provides the best service at the forefront of customer contact, collects customer feedback from around the world, utilizes it throughout the company, and promotes problem-solving and opportunity development. We are looking for someone who can lead the digital transformation of the customer center while utilizing new digital tools.
■ Department to which you will be assigned
The successful candidate will be assigned to the Global Infrastructure Development Team, which promotes VOC utilization and digital transformation of the customer center.
■Business Description
You will lead the digital transformation of the customer center, which realizes manufacturing and service creation with the customer's voice as the starting point. This includes automation and streamlining of customer center operations, introduction of new services, and support for customer center operations in each global country's business. Specifically, the following projects are envisioned.
Planning, implementation, and verification of measures to improve customer service quality and productivity
Planning, execution, and verification of new services utilizing chatbots
Planning, execution, and verification of new services using chatbots ・Implementation of solutions and establishment of a PDCA cycle to improve the self-resolution rate of customers, etc.
The job description is subject to change within the scope of work related to each department of the headquarters due to departmental transfers and organizational changes.
Career path
Depending on aptitude and desire, there is a possibility of internal transfer or promotion to a leadership position. Internal transfers can be considered in a wide range of areas, such as changing jobs or teams within the customer center, as well as transferring to other departments (product, store, e-commerce, etc.) or other brands within the GU headquarters.

Experience in project management
Ability to design systems that capture business requirements, grasp problems, and resolve issues
Ability to think logically to properly grasp business issues
Ability to correctly grasp non-functional requirements and incorporate them into implementation
High communication skills to work smoothly with stakeholders
Preferred Knowledge/Experience/Abilities
Experience in solution development and projects utilizing AI (natural language processing)
Experience in data analysis using SQL, python or BI tools
Experience in management and governance of large-scale data
Business level English proficiency (required for accelerated overseas expansion in the future, so if you do not have English proficiency at this stage, you will need to learn it after joining the company)

Bonuses: Semiannual bonus twice a year, year-end bonus (whether or not to be paid and the amount will be decided according to the company's performance and personnel evaluation)
Promotion: Twice a year (determined according to personnel evaluation)
