Job Description
■Recruitment Background
We aim to be an “information-driven retail business” that uses customer feedback and insights as the engine for all transformation, driving every aspect of our clothing production—from planning and manufacturing to sales. Within this framework, the Customer Center is a critical department that provides top-notch service at the forefront of customer interactions, gathers feedback from customers worldwide, and leverages this information company-wide to drive problem-solving and opportunity development. We are seeking a leader to spearhead the digital transformation of the Customer Center by leveraging new digital tools.
■Assigned Department
You will be assigned to the Global Infrastructure Development Team, which drives VOC utilization and digital transformation within the Customer Center.
■Job Description
You will lead the digital transformation of the Customer Center to enable product and service development driven by customer feedback. This includes automating and streamlining Customer Center operations, introducing new services, and supporting Customer Center operations across our global business units. Specifically, we envision projects such as the following:
・Planning, executing, and evaluating initiatives to improve response quality and productivity
・Planning, executing, and validating new services utilizing chatbots
・Implementing solutions and establishing a PDCA cycle to improve customer self-resolution rates, etc.
・Job responsibilities may change depending on department transfers or organizational restructuring, within the scope of duties related to various headquarters departments.

Depending on your aptitude and preferences, there are opportunities for internal transfers or promotion to leadership roles. Internal transfers can include changes in duties or teams within the Customer Center, as well as transfers to other departments within the GU Headquarters (such as Product, Store Operations, or E-commerce) or to other brands.

・Strong communication skills to facilitate smooth collaboration with stakeholders
■Desirable Knowledge/Experience/Skills
・Experience in solution development and projects utilizing AI (natural language processing)
・Experience in data analysis using SQL, Python, or BI tools
・Experience in managing and governing large-scale data
・Business-level English proficiency (This will be necessary as we accelerate our overseas expansion; if you do not currently possess this proficiency, you will be required to acquire it after joining the company)
・Experience in project management

■Annual Salary
・Annual Salary Range: 7.2–11.52 million yen (Monthly Salary: 450,000–640,000 yen)
・Allowances: Commuting allowance, overtime pay, etc. (※All subject to company regulations)
・Bonuses: Semi-annual bonuses twice a year, year-end bonus (eligibility and amount determined based on company performance and performance evaluations)
・Promotions twice a year (determined based on performance evaluations)
*Salary will be determined based on company regulations, taking into account your previous annual income and experience, and is not limited to the figures listed above

Flexible work hours or managerial/supervisory position
・Flexible work hours
Standard daily working hours: 8 hours; Break: 1 hour
Core hours: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Flexible hours…6:00 AM–9:00 AM and 2:00 PM–8:00 PM (Overtime work may occur)

Two days off per week (Saturdays and Sundays; national holidays are working days) Annual paid leave, special leave (including bereavement leave), childcare and nursing care leave systems, etc.
