The Global Digital Commerce Department, responsible for driving global e-commerce initiatives, is advancing e-commerce transformation, rollouts to overseas markets, and business development connecting physical stores with e-commerce.
To further expand our e-commerce business, logical forecasting based on various analyses and the execution of solutions to challenges are indispensable. We are seeking leadership candidates to drive this forward. Individuals in this position may also have the opportunity to serve as e-commerce business leaders in various countries, including overseas assignments, in the future.
■Department Overview
The Global Digital Commerce Department, where you will be assigned, handles all EC-related operations within the Fast Retailing Group. This includes EC business management strategy, development and execution of EC-related products and services, platform construction, and website production and operation.Broadly, the department comprises teams for Management Strategy, Business Development/Planning, and Site Production. Within the Management Strategy Team, the position involves serving as the primary business unit lead for e-commerce. This role focuses not only on e-commerce but also on driving company-wide business expansion. It entails collaborating with managers across all businesses and locations to manage the overall performance of the global e-commerce business, identify challenges within e-commerce, and drive the implementation of solutions.

・Develop budgets and mid-term business plans for the entire global e-commerce business and manage performance (in collaboration with business unit managers and e-commerce business leaders)
・Identify challenges in each country's e-commerce operations and drive solutions
・Execute and drive the growth strategy for the global e-commerce business
※You will start with projects best suited to your experience and may take on a wide range of responsibilities beyond the listed duties to contribute to the growth of the e-commerce business.
*Overseas business trips may be required depending on project circumstances.

Qualifications
■Required Experience, Skills, and Abilities
・3+ years of experience in corporate strategy, business planning, or business development at a business company or consulting firm, either for your own company or a client
・Language proficiency (business-level English, native-level Japanese)
・Motivation to go beyond strategy formulation and actively engage in operational work to drive and implement transformations
■Preferred Experience, Skills, and Abilities
・Experience leading projects spanning internal and external stakeholders
・Experience in global management strategy and business planning
・3+ years of experience in corporate strategy, business planning, or business development at a business company or consulting firm, either for your own company or a client
・Language proficiency (business-level English, native-level Japanese)
・Motivation to go beyond strategy formulation and actively engage in operational work to drive and implement transformations

■Annual Salary
・Annual Salary Range: ¥7.04 million - ¥17 million (Monthly Salary: ¥440,000 - ¥930,000)
・Allowances: Regional allowance, commuting allowance, overtime allowance, etc. (※All subject to company regulations)
・Bonuses: Semi-annual bonuses twice a year, year-end bonus (Payment and amount determined based on company performance and personnel evaluation)
・Promotions twice a year (determined based on performance evaluation)
*Salary will be determined based on company policy, taking into account your previous annual income and experience, not limited to the above.

Core hours: 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM
