The Global Digital Commerce Department, which is responsible for driving our global e-commerce business, is spearheading initiatives such as e-commerce business transformation, rollout to overseas markets, and business development that bridges physical stores and e-commerce.
To further expand our e-commerce business, logical forecasting based on various analyses and the execution of solutions to challenges are essential, and we are seeking leadership candidates to drive these efforts. Candidates for this position may have the opportunity to serve as heads of e-commerce operations in various countries, including assignments overseas, in the future.
■ Department Overview
The Global Digital Commerce Department, to which you will be assigned, is responsible for all e-commerce-related operations within the Fast Retailing Group, including business strategy, business development and execution of e-commerce products and services, platform construction, and website production and operation.Broadly speaking, the department consists of teams for Business Strategy, Business Development & Planning, and Website Production. In the Business Strategy team—the focus of this position—you will serve as the primary point of contact for the e-commerce business division. With an eye toward expanding the company’s business beyond e-commerce, you will collaborate with executives across all business units and locations to manage performance across the entire global e-commerce business, identify challenges, and drive the implementation of solutions.

・At least 3 years of experience in corporate strategy, business planning, or business development—either for your own company or for clients—at a business corporation or consulting firm
・Language proficiency (business-level English and native-level Japanese)
・Motivation to go beyond merely formulating strategies and actively engage in day-to-day operations to drive and implement transformations
■Preferred Experience, Skills, and Abilities
・Experience leading projects involving internal and external stakeholders
・Experience in global business strategy and business planning
・At least 3 years of experience in corporate strategy, business planning, or business development—either for your own company or for clients—at a business corporation or consulting firm

■Annual Salary
・Annual Salary Range: 7.04–17.00 million yen (Monthly Salary: 440,000–930,000 yen)
・Allowances: Regional allowance, commuting allowance, overtime allowance, etc. (※All subject to company regulations)
・Bonuses: Semi-annual bonuses twice a year, year-end bonus (eligibility and amount determined based on company performance and performance evaluations)
・Promotions twice a year (determined based on performance evaluations)
*Salary will be determined based on company regulations, taking into account your previous annual income and experience, in addition to the above criteria
