Background of Recruitment
The Fast Retailing Group is moving forward with the transformation of its e-commerce business into a core business, not as a single retail business, but as a pillar of sales transformation to provide customers with a convenient and enjoyable shopping experience anytime, anywhere. As we aim to become the No. 1 brand most loved by customers around the world, it is essential for us to grow our EC business. The Global Digital Commerce Department, which is in charge of promoting our EC business globally, is promoting EC business reform, rollout to overseas countries, and business development connecting stores and EC.
In order to further expand the EC business, it is essential to make logical predictions based on various types of analysis and to execute problem-solving, and we are looking for a leader candidate to promote the business. In the future, the person in this position may be asked to take an active role as the person in charge of EC business in each country, including overseas assignments.
Outline of the department
The Global Digital Commerce Department is responsible for all EC-related operations of the Fast Retailing Group, including management strategy, business development and execution of EC-related products and services, platform development, and site production and operation. This position in the Corporate Strategy Team is in charge of managing the overall performance of the global EC business in collaboration with the management of each business and office, and identifying and implementing solutions to EC issues, with a view to expanding the business of the entire company, not just EC. The team is also responsible for identifying issues and promoting the implementation of solutions in the EC business.

Creation of budgets and mid-term business plans for the global EC business as a whole and management of actual results (in cooperation with the management of each business and the EC business manager)
Identification of issues in each country's EC business and promotion of problem-solving
Execution and promotion of global EC business growth strategies
*You will start with projects where you can make the most of your experience, and you may be asked to take on a wide range of tasks that contribute to the growth of the EC business, not limited to the above-mentioned tasks.
Depending on the project, there is a possibility of overseas business trip.

Required Experience, Skills and Abilities
At least 3 years of experience in corporate strategy, business planning, or business development at a business company or consulting firm
Language skills (business level English and native level Japanese)
A desire to not only draw strategies, but also to step into actual business operations to implement and promote transformations.

Experience in leading projects across internal and external stakeholders
Experience in global business strategy and business planning

Annual salary range: 7.2-17.0 million yen (monthly salary: 450,000-930,000 yen)
Regional allowance, commuting allowance, overtime allowance, etc. (*All in accordance with our company's regulations)
Bonuses: Semiannual bonus twice a year, year-end bonus (whether or not to be paid and the amount will be decided according to the company's business performance and personnel evaluation)
Promotion: Twice a year (determined according to personnel evaluation)
