■Department Overview
The Purchasing Management Team of the Global Planning & Management Department, a division of Fast Retailing Group's GHQ, is responsible for promoting low-cost management, ensuring correct purchasing processes and governance in all global businesses. The team is responsible for creating the world's best purchasing processes and systems, and promoting global growth and profit structure transformation.

Job Description
Thoroughly implement and promote low-cost management throughout the company
Lead the transformation of the company-wide indirect material costs and the resolution of essential issues.
Lead cost reduction activities by developing opportunities for cost reduction, negotiating directly with suppliers, and incorporating cost reduction into budgets.
Support cost reduction activities in overseas operations

Required Experience, Skills, and Abilities
The ability to analyze data and observe the entire business from a bird's eye view, and to identify essential issues based on numerical data, as well as the ability to think logically.

Preferred experience, skills, and abilities
Experience in the accounting department of a trading company or business enterprise, or experience in corporate management support at a bank (no experience in purchasing or procurement is necessary)
Experience in structural transformation and cost improvement in business management and operation
Experience in indirect purchasing or purchasing planning at a business company
Knowledge or industry experience in IT, logistics, or marketing areas
Negotiation skills with suppliers on prices and terms and conditions, regardless of the business domain
English: Business level (able to communicate with overseas subsidiaries on an equal footing)

Annual salary
Annual salary range: 8-15 million yen (monthly salary: 500,000-750,000 yen)
