Job Description
Thoroughly implement and promote low-cost management throughout the company
Lead the transformation of the company-wide indirect material costs and the resolution of essential issues.
Lead cost reduction activities by developing opportunities for cost reduction, negotiating directly with suppliers, and incorporating cost reduction into budgets.
Support cost reduction activities in overseas operations

The ability to analyze data and observe the entire business from a bird's eye view, and to identify essential issues based on numerical data, as well as the ability to think logically.
Leadership and management skills to promote problem-solving and change by involving diverse stakeholders, partner companies, and external departments, and building consensus
Service minded (customer oriented and willing to do what is useful for others)
English: Daily conversational level (TOEIC score of 700 or above) or higher required
Preferred experience, skills, and abilities
Experience in the accounting department of a trading company or business enterprise, or experience in corporate management support at a bank (no experience in purchasing or procurement is necessary)
Experience in structural transformation and cost improvement in business management and operation
Experience in indirect purchasing or purchasing planning at a business company
Knowledge or industry experience in IT, logistics, or marketing areas
Negotiation skills with suppliers on prices and terms and conditions, regardless of the business domain
English: Business level (able to communicate with overseas subsidiaries on an equal footing)

Annual salary range: 8-15 million yen (monthly salary: 500,000-750,000 yen)
