We are seeking a Mobile App UI/UX Designer who is passionate about innovative ideas and design, capable of incorporating UNIQLO’s DNA into system design to deliver an intuitive and smart user experience.
Leveraging your expertise in visual design, information architecture, and user-centric interaction design across devices and channels, you will collaborate with engineers and creative directors to deliver the best possible user experience.

As a UI/UX Designer, you will be involved in the development of the UNIQLO mobile app.
Based on business policies, you will develop and execute product strategies from the customer’s perspective. This involves building consensus with stakeholders and relevant departments, and creating UI/UX designs in collaboration with design team members across various domains, in accordance with Fast Retailing’s UI/UX principles.Additionally, you will define business and development requirements, conduct cross-analysis of qualitative research (in collaboration with UX researchers) and quantitative research (using tools such as Google Analytics), and perform product management tasks, including design handoffs to relevant development teams and vendor management.
You will create and distribute guidelines for the global rollout of each product and provide development and operational support for each country.

Qualifications
■ Required Experience, Skills, and Abilities
・3+ years of UI/UX design experience
・Design experience in Japanese and English
・Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and Mac
・Knowledge of mobile design for iOS, Android, etc.
■Desirable Experience, Skills, and Abilities
・Experience with Google Analytics, mobile development, and programming
・Experience in various aspects of UX/UI development (including wireframes, mockups, and prototypes) and web design
・3+ years of UI/UX design experience
・Design experience in Japanese and English

■Annual Salary
・Annual Salary Range: 6.56–14.00 million yen (Monthly Salary: 410,000–780,000 yen)
・Allowances: Commuting allowance, overtime pay, etc. (※All subject to company regulations)
・Bonuses: Semi-annual bonuses twice a year, year-end bonus (eligibility and amount determined based on company performance and performance evaluations)
・Promotions twice a year (determined based on performance evaluations)
*Salary will be determined based on company regulations, taking into account your previous annual income and experience, in addition to the above.

Flexible work hours, or managerial/supervisory positions
・Flexible work hours
Standard daily working hours: 8 hours; Break: 1 hour
Core hours: 9:00 AM–2:00 PM
Flexible hours…6:00 AM–9:00 AM and 2:00 PM–8:00 PM (Overtime work may occur)
