We are looking for a mobile app UI/UX designer with a passion for innovative ideas and design that incorporates UNIQLO's DNA into system design to create intuitive and smart user experiences.
You will collaborate with engineers and creative directors to create the best user experience by leveraging your visual design expertise, information design skills, and interaction design abilities from the user's perspective, in line with devices and channels.

■Job Description
As a UI/UX Designer, you will be involved in the development of UNIQLO mobile applications.
You will be responsible for creating UI/UX design in collaboration with each area design team member in order to develop and execute product strategies from the customer's perspective based on business policy, building consensus with stakeholders and each relevant department, and following Fast Retailing's UI/UX principles. You will also define business and development requirements, conduct cross-analysis of qualitative research in collaboration with UX researchers and quantitative research using Google Analytics, etc., and conduct product management, including design hand-offs to related development teams and vendor management in development.
The position will also be responsible for creating and distributing guidelines for global development and deployment of each product, as well as providing development and operational support in each country.

Required Experience, Skills, and Abilities
At least 3 years of experience in UI/UX design
Experience in designing in both Japanese and English
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch and Mac
Knowledge of mobile design such as iOS and Android

Experience in UX/UI development and web design, including wireframes, mockups, prototypes, etc.
