■Job Description
As a UI/UX Designer, you will be involved in UNIQLO mobile app development.
Based on business strategy, you will develop and execute customer-centric product strategies. This involves building consensus with stakeholders and relevant departments, adhering to Fast Retailing's UI/UX principles, and collaborating with design team members across domains to create UI/UX designs.You will also define business and development requirements, conduct cross-analysis of qualitative research (collaborating with UX researchers) and quantitative research (using tools like Google Analytics), and perform product management tasks including design handoffs to relevant development teams and vendor management.
You will create and distribute guidelines for global product rollouts and provide development and operational support to countries worldwide.

■Required Experience, Skills, and Abilities
・3+ years of UI/UX design experience
・Design experience in Japanese and English
・Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and Mac
・Knowledge of mobile design for iOS, Android, etc.

■Preferred Experience, Skills, and Abilities
・Experience with Google Analytics, mobile development, and programming
・Experience in various UX/UI development (wireframes, mockups, prototypes) and web design

■Annual Salary
・Annual Salary Range: ¥6.56 million to ¥14 million (Monthly Salary: ¥410,000 - ¥780,000)
・Allowances: Commuting allowance, overtime allowance, etc. (※All subject to company regulations)
・Bonuses: Semi-annual bonuses twice a year, year-end bonus (Payment and amount determined based on company performance and personnel evaluation)
・Promotions twice a year (determined based on performance evaluation)

Standard daily working hours: 8 hours, Break: 1 hour
Core hours: 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Flexible hours: 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM (Overtime work may occur)

Based on the working hours of the assigned department, determined by the employee
