Fast Retailing Group is making a major transformation of its e-commerce business, moving from being just one of its retail businesses to becoming a core e-commerce business, with the entire world working together to make it a reality. We are looking for a front-end engineer who can lead the transformation of EC into a core business by creating EC sites that are easier to use and more satisfying for customers.

■About the department
The Global Digital Commerce Department is in charge of EC business not only in Japan but also globally, and is responsible for everything related to EC business, including business planning, development, photography, and design.
The Global Ecommerce Business Management Team, to which you will be assigned, will be in charge of global business planning, content creation such as branding content and feature pages, and experience design of e-commerce sites and apps, providing customers with the world's best e-commerce store that conveys LifeWear.

Job Description
Lead the production of feature pages, branding content, creative, and platform development for UNIQLO and other online stores.
Specifically, you will be expected to
Front-end development and operation of feature pages and branded content
Establish and manage global guidelines, and share and collaborate with other countries
・Requirement definition, design, coding, testing, and release for new projects
Refactoring and growth development of existing services
Development of business efficiency tools (RPA)
Experience design based on numerical analysis
Planning, development and improvement of feature sites and microsites, and global expansion
Design presentation to related departments
Design supervision and collaboration with external partners

Required Experience, Skills, and Abilities
Experience in front-end development of web services (B2C) (3+ years)
Experience in development using UI libraries and frameworks such as React, Vue.js, Angular, etc.

Experience implementing robust UI using HTML and CSS
Basic knowledge of performance, accessibility, and security
Experience in developing and operating Chrome Extension/Figma Plugin
Experience with major cloud providers such as AWS, GCP, etc.
Experience working with external partners and system integrators

Annual salary range: 6.56-8.96 million yen (monthly salary: 410,000-560,000 yen)
