The Global Digital Marketing Department, the department hiring for this position, makes the most of the Fast Retailing Group’s global customer and purchase data, as well as cutting-edge ad technology, to efficiently and effectively deliver valuable information. Through this, the department helps all Group brands—including UNIQLO, GU, Theory, and PLST—acquire new customers and drive purchasing activity worldwide, thereby contributing significantly to business growth.
The organization is broadly divided into two areas: “Performance Marketing & CRM” and “Social Marketing.” This opening is for the “Performance Marketing & CRM” team. Within this team, members take on three key roles—digital paid advertising operations, marketing, and building the foundation for digital marketing—and work collaboratively to drive business growth.
Core hours: 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Flexible hours… 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Overtime may be required

Job Description
As the Japanese headquarters serves as the global headquarters, it leverages all available data and cutting-edge ad technology to drive business growth across all countries where the Group operates. It provides leadership to ensure that digital marketing teams in each country can implement high-quality, cost-effective digital marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for the end-to-end process—from identifying challenges and formulating strategies to developing implementation plans and providing support for their execution.- In particular, you will lead projects covering all Fast Retailing Group brands—including UNIQLO, GU, Theory, and PLST—as well as all global markets and regions. This includes everything from formulating global SEO strategies to developing execution plans, and from implementation to delivering results.
- Planning and executing initiatives to drive traffic to websites through SEO; improving local SEO and search experiences to drive foot traffic to stores; verifying and refining initiatives based on data analysis; and promoting integrated customer acquisition strategies through collaboration not only with development teams but also with marketing and store operations teams.

Qualifications
Required Experience, Skills, and Abilities
- At least 3 years of experience in SEO direction, either as an in-house specialist or a consultant
- Experience in project management
- Business-level English proficiency or a willingness to acquire it
