This SEO position offers the opportunity to drive traffic not only to e-commerce sites but also to physical stores. You will be entrusted with the challenge of designing strategies that bridge the online and offline worlds and maximizing brand value through the search experience.

The Global Digital Marketing Department, the department hiring for this position, makes the most of the Fast Retailing Group’s global customer and purchase data, as well as cutting-edge ad technology, to efficiently and effectively deliver valuable information. Through this, the department drives business growth by acquiring new customers and promoting purchasing activity worldwide across all Group brands, including UNIQLO, GU, Theory, and PLST.
The organization is broadly divided into two areas: “Performance Marketing & CRM” and “Social Marketing.” This opening is for the “Performance Marketing & CRM” team. This team handles three key roles—digital paid advertising operations, marketing, and the development of digital marketing infrastructure—with each team working in collaboration to drive business growth.

As the global headquarters, our Japan office leverages all available data and cutting-edge ad technology to drive business growth across all countries where we operate. We lead our digital marketing teams in each country to implement high-quality, cost-effective digital marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for the entire process—from identifying challenges to formulating strategies, developing implementation plans, and providing hands-on support for execution.
・In particular, you will lead projects covering all Fast Retailing Group brands—including UNIQLO, GU, Theory, and PLST—across all global markets and regions, from the formulation of global SEO strategies to the development of execution plans, and from implementation to the delivery of results.
・Planning and executing initiatives to drive traffic to websites through SEO; improving local SEO and the search experience to drive store traffic; verifying and refining initiatives based on data analysis; and promoting integrated customer acquisition strategies through collaboration not only with development teams but also with marketing and store operations teams.

・Bonuses: Semi-annual bonuses twice a year, year-end bonus (eligibility and amount determined based on company performance and performance evaluations)
・Promotions twice a year (determined based on performance evaluations)
