Job Description
Background:
Fast Retailing Group aims to become the world's number one apparel group by transforming its business beyond the framework of a retailer to become a "Digital Consumer Retail Company".
The Group will promote activities to attract customers using UNIQLO's big data, design and implement member-customer communications, advance digital marketing, design communications and contribute to each store through in-store sales promotion materials and sales floor presentation, and create new experience value (CX) through the integration of store and e-commerce channels. In addition, we are looking for someone who has a deep understanding of UNIQLO's brand value and the value of its products and services, and who can promote a wide range of marketing strategies from planning to execution.
■ Department Overview:
The Marketing Department aims to contribute to both UNIQLO's branding and commerce by creating customers and markets through a deep understanding of the value of the brand, products and services.
There are Global Marketing Department and Japan Marketing Department, and this position will belong to Japan Marketing Department at the entry stage.
■ Job Description:
This position will be responsible for digital media planning, mainly utilizing digital advertising, to promote UNIQLO's branding, product awareness, understanding, and purchases, and to maximize customer traffic to both the stores and the online store. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall promotion of the business, from strategy and budget formulation to execution and effectiveness verification of each measure.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall formulation of digital media planning, proposal and formulation of distribution channels and targets for each policy, creative direction of advertisement distribution, effectiveness verification of advertisement distribution, and improvement activities.
Collaborate with internal promotion staff and product development staff to coordinate and link product marketing activities in the short, medium, and long term.
Negotiate with advertising agencies and media partners
Develop and optimize budgets for the digital domain with an optimum balance with mass marketing such as TV.

Required Experience, Skills, and Abilities
Experience in digital marketing at a business company, agency, or media company (3 years or more as a general guideline)
Knowledge of all aspects of digital advertising, operational skills, and experience in executing large-scale campaigns
Knowledge and experience in digital marketing infrastructure, account submission and operation (Google Analytics, Apps Flyer, Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.)
Experience in proactive project promotion

Experience in data marketing for members on apps, e-commerce sites, etc.
Experience in writing in SQL
Experience in implementing MA tools such as SalesForce, Adobe, etc.
English proficiency: TOEIC score of 700 or above

Annual salary
Annual salary range: 6.56-8 million yen (monthly salary: 410,000-500,000 yen)
Allowance: Commuting allowance, overtime allowance, etc. (*All in accordance with company regulations)
Bonuses: Semiannual bonus twice a year, year-end bonus (whether or not to be paid and the amount will be decided according to the company's performance and personnel evaluation)
Promotion: Twice a year (determined according to personnel evaluation)
