Job Description
Recruitment Background
Fast Retailing is pursuing an ultimate supply chain transformation based on the concept of the Ariake Project, a company-wide reform. In order to achieve this, it is essential to constantly improve and utilize all logistics infrastructures, such as optimizing the entire supply chain structure and network worldwide, strengthening strategic partnerships with partner factories, and introducing the world's most advanced automated warehouses. This position is for a project manager candidate who will be responsible for planning and executing various logistics transformations to realize the best possible purchasing experience for our customers.
■Department Overview
The Global Supply Chain Management Department, to which you will be assigned, is responsible for building and implementing the fastest and most optimal transportation network to supply "Life Wear" to countries around the world. The department is responsible for the immediate delivery of necessary products in necessary quantities from production bases to warehouses in each country of operation and to all stores, as well as the fastest possible delivery of products to customers who have purchased through the EC. Under our corporate statement, "We change clothes, we change common sense, we change the world," we control all logistics processes in-house to realize the best possible service for our customers and promote the optimization of our business management.

Depending on your skills and experience at the time of joining the company, you will be required to promote various logistics transformation projects in Japan and overseas (the following is an example).
Review of supply chain strategy and establishment of new logistics bases in accordance with the expansion of countries/regions where business is conducted
Solving delivery problems (long lead time, loss, damage, etc.) in each global country.
Fully automated warehouses to shorten delivery lead times and transform the work style of physical stores.
Planning and implementation of new delivery services that link e-commerce and stores
Rebuilding of delivery scheme and transformation of warehouse operation to achieve zero shortage of products in stores.
Visualization of transportation status related to production logistics, identification of issues, and implementation of countermeasures
Assignments upon joining the company will be determined through the selection process.

At least 3 years of work experience at a manufacturer/trading company/consulting firm
Project management skills (not limited to logistics field)
