Background of Recruitment

We are looking for a person who can drive the growth of the PLST brand while taking a cut from "organization and people" as an HR business partner of PLST, which is aiming for further growth among the group's brands.

Job Description
Planning and operation of HR system. The successful candidate will be in charge of all PLST divisions, and will be responsible for strengthening the organization and developing human resources to realize the divisional strategies, while communicating closely with the directors, general managers, and leaders of each division.
Specific duties will include the following.
As a business partner of PLST's management team, you will be in charge of planning and implementing human resource management systems based on the human resource aspect of the management issues.
In addition, he is responsible for the planning and implementation of personnel plans, personnel transfers, labor-related matters, understanding and visualization of personnel evaluations, and planning and implementation of career plans for each individual employee for their development. In addition, interviews with individual employees and follow-up work may also be conducted.

Three years of experience in human resources

Annual salary range: 6.56-8.64 million yen (monthly salary: 410,000-540,000 yen)
Allowance: Regional allowance, commuting allowance, overtime allowance, etc. (*All in accordance with our company's regulations)
Bonuses: Semiannual bonus twice a year, year-end bonus (whether or not to be paid and the amount will be decided according to the company's performance and personnel evaluation)
