The R&D Department is a group of experts who take our "LifeWear" concept and turn it into actual products. We are looking for new members to help us further evolve the creation of clothing that embodies "LifeWear.
Organization Overview
The new position will be in an organization called "Atelier," which contributes to the creation of actual samples and manufacturing in order to develop highly precise products.
Job Description
The Atelier is responsible for sewing samples based on created patterns and specifications.
The basic job is to complete all processes from sewing to finishing for one product that you are in charge of.
If you have experience, you will be required to use CAD to create the necessary patterns for sample production.
Job Description is subject to change within the scope of work related to each department of the headquarter due to departmental changes or reorganization.

Temporary employee (with a probationary period of 3 months)
Employment contract may be renewed in consideration of the company's business needs and the individual's performance (no automatic renewal).
There is no upper limit on contract renewal (total period or number of renewals).
Annual salary
Annual salary range: 3.8-6.76 million yen (monthly salary: 250,000-450,000 yen)
Commuting allowance, overtime allowance, etc. (*All in accordance with our company's regulations)
Bonuses: Semiannual bonus twice a year, year-end bonus (whether or not to be paid and the amount will be decided according to the company's performance and personnel evaluation)
Promotion: Twice a year (determined according to personnel evaluation)
(Not limited to the above, but will be determined based on our company's rules and regulations in consideration of annual salary and experience in previous jobs.
Working hours
Either general working hours or flextime system (to be determined according to the nature of the work, expected role, and department to which the employee will be assigned, to be announced at the informal interview)

8 hours between 7:00 and 18:00 with 1 hour break

Core time ... 9:00 - 14:00
Flexible hours ... 6:00 - 9:00 and 14:00 - 20:00 with overtime
Vacations and Vacations
