Background
Under the division's mission of "We Deliver LifeWear," the company is building strategies for each of its global businesses and opening approximately 300 UNIQLO, GU, PLST, Theory, and other branded stores globally each year. ■Department Overview
In addition to the store design and construction team to which you will be assigned, the Store Development Department includes teams for store development, facility management, asset management, and business management. In addition, those teams have domestic and overseas responsibilities depending on the area.
■ Job Description
The manager will be responsible for the management of store construction projects at each stage of planning, design, ordering, and construction.

Project management (schedule, budget, and quality control) for the speedy and steady realization of store opening plans, from planning and design, to drawing, vendor selection, construction management, and store opening.
Planning, design, and construction management of architecture, interior design, and landscape design for roadside stores and commercial real estate development

Designing individual stores and sales areas that are unique to each store, respecting the characteristics of the area and its customers, in order to be welcomed and loved by customers who live in the area for a long time. 3.

Experience in architectural design, interior design, or construction management of buildings and facilities
Experience in project management in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
