Job Description
Background
With the mission of "We Deliver LifeWear", Fast Retailing is expanding its global network of store openings for each of its brands. In the era of With Corona/After Corona, customers' lifestyles and purchasing styles continue to change drastically. We are also building relationships and negotiating with real estate developers, landlords, governments, and administrative agencies to achieve this goal.
■Outline of the Department
The Group's store opening strategy is synonymous with its business growth strategy, and the expansion of overseas store openings will be a major pillar of the Group's business growth in the future. We are promoting the expansion of our overseas store network in cooperation with business managers and local teams in each of the Group's countries. The customer's purchasing experience will change dramatically depending on the location and concept of the store, which is the point of contact with the customer. In turn, the stores will become social infrastructure in the region and contribute to urban development in countries around the world.
Job Description
This position is responsible for leading new store openings and store network restructuring for Fast Retailing's brands overseas, including UNIQLO, GU, and Theory, together with the business organizations in each country.
Establish store opening network plans for each country in conjunction with mid-term business growth plans.
Establishment of an analysis platform required for the concrete implementation of the store opening network strategy for each country, and formulation of concrete plans using this platform.
Review and progress management of new store opening projects in each country to ensure that they achieve their goals.
Review profit/loss and operational status of existing stores, and reconstruct targets for new store openings and scrap-and-build projects
Jointly formulate alliance strategies with developers and stakeholders in specific regions.
